I called Andy when I discovered a coolant leak. His crew were so upfront and honest about everything. The car was repaired very quickly and every issue was addressed by the technician as well as Andy. These guys know what they're doing. I highly recommend this shop for your German car. Don’t go here. Uneducated technicians. They thought my engine blew on my BMW and told me to have it salvaged. I took it to another mechanic and it was a small crack that cost $400. I was a woman alone going for help and they didn’t want to help me. Prob a good thing.

So happy I took my 2011 Mercedes C300 here. Very professional service! The service advisor Andrew went over and above, and took the time to go over what my car needed with the time and milage I had on the car. He also took the time to go through previous service records with me to make sure they performed the correct service. Mike the technician thoroughly inspected my vehicle and advised only the necessary services I needed. Prices were very reasonable and affordable. Now my car is in excellent condition and ready for another 40k. I will be taking my Mercedes back to All German Auto for all my service needs in Oceanside ca.

My Audi A4 had an epic meltdown and I had to get my car towed to All German Auto. Ben, the Service Manager, was extremely professional in helping me understand the issue as well as communicating every diagnosis. He introduced me to the mechanics to help me understand the complex problem as well as Andy, the owner, who was also very helpful. I could tell the whole team all deeply cared and were trying their best to fix the car, knowing this was all a shock and total surprise to me. We ultimately had to replace the motor and Ben shopped all over America finding the perfect used motor on the East Coast. Ben and Andy knew I was on a tight budget and they did a remarkable job both in keeping costs down but also communicating the status to me every step of the way. If you have a German car, I highly recommend you take it here for service!

Ben in customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. Jorge is a master tech who knows his business and will even take the time to explain things to you himself. Clean, spacious waiting area with Wi-Fi. Cars stay inside at night if needed.
