My vehicle was stolen and recovered. At the time of recovery the items that were in my vehicle in the cab and in the bed we’re still in the vehicle after the thief traveled over four hours, and two high-speed chases, and the tow yard is saying that my items were not in my truck upon arrival. Very shady and not very good business. Just because you own a tow yard does not mean you get to take peoples items that are already in a vulnerable state. My homeowners insurance will not cover it because the property I live on does not allow me to get homeowners insurance. I do not have a foundation under my home. So whoever took my stuff at the tow yard probably thinks that it’ll just get written off with the insurance claim. None of it is getting written off. I recently lost my father, and he gifted me one of the items that is gone. I want my stuff back. Your employee that took my belongings, needs to give it back and make this right!

We can’t say enough about All In One Auto Repair and Towing. For us it was Towing first! After seeing smoke billowing out from the rear tire of our Lance trailer I pulled over on the freeway not knowing if the brakes were burning or if we had bearings go bad. It was the bearings! We weren’t going any further on the tires turning mechanism. After giving up Friday evening unable to find any RV repair or tow shop capable of towing on a flatbed, we stayed in our trailer on the side of the road. On Saturday we were given the name of All In One Auto Repair and Towing made the call and spoke with the own Keith, who immediately sent out James from All In One Auto Repair and Towing. When he arrived, he loaded our trailer with great care. His confidence and outstanding knowledge of his job gave us dearly needed calm after the experience of being broke down and unable to get our trailer to a place for repair on our own. Once we were at their Auto Repair Shop in Ukiah we were told they would call Monday after they had a chance to get a clear view on all the parts they needed. Matt had the wheel and bearings removed and began looking for parts. By the end of the day we found that James ran to Santa Rosa for our parts and work would finish Tuesday. All communication during this entire transaction was straight forward and what they charge was very fair. We picked up our trailer Tuesday by 3pm and drove it home safely. Above and beyond. My wife had a flat on her way to work. They took her car to a shop for a new tire and delivered it back to her at work because the shop closed before she got off. Thanks Keith and the rest of the crew that was involved. Amazing!

Tow truck driver was very nice. Wait wasn't too long and when he arrived he got the tire changed in no time!

Don’t call this tow service company
The lady the takes the call is so Rude for no Reason. Also the driver drops the trucks
In front of their chop and if you don’t fix it the owner will go crazy calling you and harassing.

Just wanted to thank you so much had a very stressful situation my mother's car broke down and due to health issues she wasn't able to deal with it herself. I didn't realize she hadn't disclosed full details which could've been a penalty but you guys worked with us thank you so much. I really appreciate your hard work and kindness Mario.
