Last year I rolled my Jeep on SR38 and collided mid-slide with an oncoming tractor-trailer. My frame was twisted AND bent, my full roll cage was bent in three directions and my fenders, hood and grill were shredded, Jeep was bleeding 3 kinds of fluids. I knew there was only one place that could fix it so I called in to All J and the owners offered to come look at it in my driveway.

I wound up towing it in and it didn't look hopeful, but several weeks later I got back a perfectly straight, cosmetically and mechanically superior Jeep. Less noise, more wheel clearance at the fender, and tracks straight as an arrow.

Any insurance company would have totaled this vehicle because of the frame damage alone, but now we get to spend many more years on the trails thanks to All J.

These people are just amazing all the way around. We came in for the Jeep Jamboree event in October. While on the trail my front track bar relocation bracket came loose and couldve possibly prevented me from getting home. The event staff gave me their number and I called about 6pm. I had a dinner at the event and they said I can email them after my event was over and meet them at their shop. Quinn did my repair and did an awesome job on the weld and repair. I cannot remember her name but the office manager was VERY knowledgeable about all things JEEP. I picked her brain about the different lifts, ball joints, control arms, etc that they install and which ones have been their best products. She mentioned her and her husband have their own Jeeps and test out these products so they can recommend the right ones to their customers based on quality. I live 4 hours away and if werent for them going back to their shop after dinner I wouldnt have made it home safely. I cannot thank them enough and when I get ready for my lift I am going to take the 4 hour drive to have them install it for me. 25+ years of experience says it all. Thanks again ALL J and staff.

The work was fine. But I got the vehicle back with a glob of grease on my steering wheel on my seat on the exterior door of my vehicle. That I didn't care for.

This is so cals premier Jeep shop. Everything you need for the trail in their store and quality mechanics to install anything you need. I’ve had axle work, lockers, gearing, steering, suspension work and transfer case work all done at All J products. Everything was done professionally and clean.

They will also tell you when you DON’T need a part and to save your money. Itemized receipts show where every penny went. This is an excellent shop run by really good people.

Quin and Heather are the best people in the world not only as friends but four wheeling in the mountains, hills, or desert. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of terrain and jeep products.

Let me tell you about the nightmare that was my "yesterday". I wanted to take my Jeep to John Bull before adding a bunch of upgrades just to see if my rig can handle it after doing Holcomb and Gold Mountain. My regular Jeeping buddies have all been too busy or unavailable, so i met up with a bunch of strangers on a Facebook group and we tried it. We were already moving a little slower than normal, but when i go over an obstacle and diff fluid starts pouring out on the trail, i get pretty anxious. I have three of my kids with me in the car, and i didn't pack enough food to keep us full in case we got stranded (shame on me for poor planning). I get underneath the Jeep and try to screw the plug we found at the beginning of the obstacle back into the diff and it has zero chance of catching. I decide to push through the trail since i was already more than halfway according to the gps, and we finally get back into Big Bear and see pavement. I regularly go to Inland Jeep down the mountain as they are close, do great work, and are personal friends of mine.so i call the owner and ask what i should do. He said he's glad i finished the trail, and it should be okay since we were moving slow, but more than a mile at highway speeds could destroy my gears/axles/diff intervals. He said if i can't get it repaired, I'll have to get it towed down the mountain. He said he refers a lot of people to All J, and i need to pray they're still open (it was 4: 05pm). I called and got their voicemail and panicked a bit. Since they were open til 5: 00 according to their site, i head over anyway. I park and am immediately greeted by a sweet lady. She asks what brings me in, i tell her what happened, and with all the calm in the world she tells me that if it's what she thinks, it's very normal and should be a really easy fix. She says once the Jeep on the lift leaves, they can put me up there and patch me right up. Doctors can take a lesson from Heather on bedside manner; her calm demeanor, professionalism, and confidence had me from freaked out to chill in zero seconds. As promised, they got me up on the lift, retapped the drain (it was gunked up pretty bad) put in a new plug, filled the diff, did a torque inspection on my tires, and charged me only for the time it took to repair. I was on my way before 5: 00pm and only lighter in the wallet by $85. However, quality of service and timeliness aside, Quinn and Heather were just an absolute pleasure to meet. While my Jeep was getting patched up, we chatted about build options and tires and they gave me some real world tested opinions on products from fenders to tires to axles to suspensions. Not only did they turn a bad situation into an okay one, but meeting them was the highlight of my day. If you are in the Big Bear area and need repairs or upgrades to your Jeep, you NEED to go by All J.
