I've heard great things about using cryo as a method of healing for athletes but for some it can be intimidating to try something new. I met Michelle an owner of all my cryo through a fitness class and she encouraged us to give it a try. I've already returned since my first visit for the LED facials as well as localized compression for a hip that was bothering me. I definitely will return, my pores have minimized and my hip discomfort has diminished just in the two visits. I'll continue to visit to help my body heal from working out and running. Also just chatting with the team can help you understand your source of discomfort, come to find out it wasn't my hip but my butt! Great staff that will listen and offer solutions.
Definitely worth the visit.
Update to the last review that was written pre-covid. I've recently have been diagnosed with an inflammatory condition and I've become a frequent user of the infrared sauna. I love the warmth and gentle massage you get for 20mins. I've had 3-4 treatments in the month of December. Nothing has changed about the staff, they are very kind and attentive. I'm glad that they survived the pandemic.

I had such a great experience at All My Cryo! The facial was something absolutely amazing! First time experiencing anything like this, loved it! And I could definitely tell the difference in my skin the next day, all glowing! Thank you, ALL MY CRYO team!

I thought it was very relaxing and some of my puffiness was gone afterwards. To be honest, I’m not sure how long the effects lasted, bc I don’t always pay that much attention.
I did think it’s possible it would have positive long term effects if you kept up with it, but it was a bit too expensive for me.

I go to tame the inflammation in my body. I have serious scar tissue & still pain from a frozen shoulder. For me, results were immediate, DEFINITELY NOTICEABLE. I am a convert to cryotherapy.
The studio is clean, welcoming, professional & I appreciate the advice & suggestions from the staff.

I just did my first cryo session and it was awesome. The staff was really helpful in explaining the process and making me feel comfortable with everything. The cryo itself was extremely refreshing and I plan to return again soon.

Customer Service is great. For me personally I wouldn't do the LED mask again. It put unnecessary pressure on my face and caused me to have a headache directly after the treatment. I enjoyed the compression on my legs, but for a short person I had my concerns about the compression on my feet. For the whole body cryo experience. I'm not yet sold on the benefits. I was told to see how my sleep was the night of my cryo and I could not sleep. I am giving 4 stars because I know certain customers enjoy the services, but for me some of the claimed benefits I felt were not there. I will have to continue to try other methods.

I had wanted to try a cryo facial for a while and was thrilled to receive a great deal. The experience was pleasant my face was glowing and I received a few compliments over the next few days. I would recommend!

I got a promo offer and had an appointment with Tiffany for the Cryo T Shook. This was a cool experience and Tiffany was such a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, but professional. Very knowledgeable of the tool, effects, etc.and she explained the procedure in details and answered all my questions. She make sure the pressure applied is at a comfortable level.
