Unfortunately this place has been an unfit place for my loved one. The patient care and neglect is unbelievable from the front line caregivers. There is no patient care, no urgency to respond to patient needs. My loved one is an extreme vulnerable state and this place has demonstrated that the personal is unfit, with constant delay to respond when my loved one is noted to be in crisis. The nurses and care takers are not compassionate, and don”t provide adequate patient care. They lack integrity and empathy for patients and families. My loved one is always found neglected, or in crisis, with ventilator alarming and no personal around. We were recently told by a nurse that her job was not to suction orally or the tracheostomy that is was the respiratory therapist job! So what is their Job description as NURSES? Complains are brought to their attention and nothing has been addressed. It’s a constant stress and worry having our loved one there. Always wondering what is next? The personal is rude, dismissive, hostile, disrespectful and unprofessional. The employees are boisterous and unprofessional, talk down to families without empathy with the intend to humiliate and belittle, disregarding what families are going through seeing their loved ones in their most vulnerable moments. It’s a disgrace to know as a Registered Nurse myself that there are people working with nursing licenses providing this kind of care and treatment to vulnerable patients and their families

Most of the staff here really work with what they have. At the end of the day it's a business. The ones in charge refuse to make it easier on the workers, which ends up falling on the patients. If there's an "Excess" of staff working that day, they send some employees home so each nurse doesn't have "Too little" patients.

Honestly since when does it make sense to give nurses more work to do? Why doesn't it make more sense to have each nurse take care of fewer patients in order to provide excellent care for each patient?

The turnover rate is absurd as well. They don't know how to keep employees because they don't know how to treat their employees. I've once heard the VP of the place say "We have a line of people waiting to work here. So if you don't like it here there's someone that can fill in for you. "

I understand that not everyone that gets hired will be amazing, but to not even care about keeping any of your employees really says something to me about this place.

I really wish this place took better care of the people who work there, because that would mean the patients would be well taken care of. I know many great people in there, employees and patients, that deserve much better than what they get there. I just hope that when a new owner comes around they have the qualities of a human being instead of a money-hungry imbecile.
