All Seasons Residential Assisted Living, Orangevale CA

The people at All Seasons took stellar care of my mother; she was extremely difficult and had been asked to leave four establishments (in less than two (2) years) prior to Toly and the All-Seasons staff agreeing to take a chance at making her happy (which was virtually impossible throughout the 66 years I knew my mother). They realized how stressed I was with the constant moves and genuinely cared about me as well.

The residential homes are new and crisp. Most have a door onto a patio where flowers and veggie gardens exist plus they often have animals which the residents love.

I strongly suggest giving this establishment a try - you won't be sorry.

We could not have asked for more from All Seasons for my father. They were highly recommended to me by Senior Care Solutions, and I was grateful to find it. The owners and staff were kind, caring, attentive, knowledgable, and kept in good communication with me as well. They were patient, gracious, helpful and responsive to everyone. It felt as much like a home as it possibly could have, and not like a facility, yet they were able to give the care needed. I have recommended All Seasons to friends in need of something similar for their parent. They were a wonderful combination of professional and personal. It always seemed like they cared, which was a gift. I will always be grateful that my dad got to be in a loving place for his final weeks, which were not easy for any of us.

My brother received exemplary care at All Seasons. I visited over a dozen care homes in the Orangevale/Roseville/Citrus Heights area when looking for a place that would be able to provide the level of personal care my brother would require. He had very specific and special needs as he battled not only early alzheimer's, but CBGD which also affected his brain and neuro function. When I met with Toly I knew the home in Orangevale was exactly what we needed. Toly and his team worked tirelessly in their care. I HIGHLY recommend All Seasons for your loved one!

Yes the home is beautiful and clean. But thats what draws you in. If you want a true review ask the unhappy residents that live there. The residents that are unconfortable being left in saturated diapers. The ones who pay a outrageous amount of money to becared for and are not listened too. The residents that are unhappy with the management.
The was a patient with severe diaper rash, rawness and stinch of the private area that was left to sit in a saturated diaper. Management was asked to help with this patient and many others needs and just ignored them.
The amount of employee turn over in this facility is at a ridiculous high. There is no support from management and employees are not properly trained. They are thrown into situations and told to figure it out. Employee are handing out patient medications with no medication training and no double check system.
State laws are in place to protect the patient and they are not being followed. This facility is more about the facade and drawing in more patients then they are patient care. Dont judge a book by its cover. Things on the outside look great but you really need to read the fine print behind the scenes.
Patients in the care of this facility are facing the last chapter of there life. They need to fill comfortable and taken seriously. There needs need to be met. You want there last part of life to be happy, comfortable and loving. In this case at all seasons its more of a night mare. Not a place i would want my loved one.
