All Star Glass, Oceanside CA

I wasn't going to leave a bad post, I like to give a business a chance to make things right. So I had my back glass replaced on a car that was 1 month old, after glass was replaced, they created damage, and panels are not seated correctly. I called to ask them to come out and make this right. The tech reaches out to me today and tells me it was already like that. Lucky for me I took pictures prior. But he continued to say it's not there fault. A brand new car doesn't come damaged. They need to fix this and maybe I'll change my post and view on this.

After all of the poor reviews decided to go with another company. My experience was much better than what I am seeing on here. I recommend everyone else do the same

I was sent here through a state farm claim and the staff was super helpful the guy that came to my home, Carlos is his name he was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient he finished the windshield installation on my truck before i knew it.

Carlos was super professional, fast and efficient. I got quotes from other people and all star beat them out by about 100 dollars. Thank you

I filed a claim and chose this shop to work on the car. They were very communicative and expedited the process for me.

They used to be great, but lately I'm less than thrilled. Prices seem to have gone way to compared to other shops in my area. To make things worse is that don't list a local number to the shop closet to you. You have to go through an 800 operator only to have way too many questions to get a quote on a simple chip repair.

Anyway here's to better days!

When I called for a windshield replacement quote, they quoted me a $500 price for a $200 job, AAA recommended or not, not paying $300 more for the same job
