Never showed up and tried to scam us after we finally got ahold of them. Ask us what we're willing to pay after we drove over 3 hrs for them to pick up a hottub. Bad don't waste your time with these guys

These gents went above and beyond on moving a heavy cabinet for me today and I highly recommend them. Super helpful, responsive and made everything easy.

The guys did a great job. Strong hard workers. Very professional and courteous. They moved my hot tub from a trailer, around my pool and onto my deck without issues.

I spoke with this company over the phone about moving my grandmother's piano from Redding, CA, over to Humboldt County. The first conversation was pleasant. He asked for a photo of the piano (since we live in humboldt County and the piano is in redding) so he could get back to us with an estimate. A few days went by before I followed up with a text asking if they had a chance to draw up an estimate price for us. The man proceeded to call me and and irritatedly asked me what I was talking about, saying that he had already told me that they'd have to see it in person. I was relaying this info to my significant other who was sitting next to me, when all of the sudden the man from All star moving and hauling company starts yelling, "who are you talking to!? " I replied, "my husband? " He then proceeded to yell through the phone, accusing us of prank calling him, all because he heard a male voice asking if we could get a round about quote without him seeing the piano in real-time. This dude is unhinged and unprofessional.

They don’t fulfill on their services. They lie and won’t provide what they promise, and hope you don’t realize you’re paying for more, but receiving much less. And when confronted, the owner plays victim and refuses to pay or refund.

Marcus originally came over and looked at everything and quoted us $3500 for our move. Then called and said he thinks it might get closer to $5,000. By the end even with removing objects to save room he gets a final price of $7,200. We reluctantly agree to move forward and give him $1450 deposit to reserve the move. He tells us at any time if costs are too high or something doesn’t work out we’d receive a full refund. He changed the moving date 4 times. Without ever telling us he changed it. We took off work 4 times and each time we’d call him that morning and he’d be asleep and not knowing who I was or what I’m talking about until he snapped awake more. It’s been slightly over 2 months now and he’s refusing to respond or refund. He’s a smooth talker, but DO NOT TRUST HIM. Marcus is a scammer.

Just called all star moving, asked how much they charge for moving. Told me he was busy and to send pictures. Will not be using their service due to rude unprofessional and non responsive on helping me out.

Marcus and his team were PHENOMENAL! Showed up when they said. Moved everything in a timely manner with great care of our items. Will definitely recommend/ use them in the future.
