Johnny provided excellent customer service and was able to quickly solve the issue of low hot water pressure coming out of my shower. He explained to me what was causing the low pressure and the possible cost it would be to fix it. It ended up being an easy fix and I greatly appreciated his honesty. I'll be requesting his services going forward for any plumbing issues I have.

I was a little disappointed, however, to hear that the problem may have been due to faulty installation. All Star plumbing did the installation on the faulty unit and likely had some liability in the damages created.

Bobby showed up five minutes early I wasn’t available. I had to get my son to the house for Bobby so he could work inside the home. It was Thanksgiving week he never complained. He was done in 15 minutes and he was polite, reasonable and professional. We now have an All-Star plumbing magnet on our fridge. Will never call anybody else. 5star

Anthony from All-Star plumbing was great. He explained everything very well, and did a great job. He was also on time. Definitely the best plumber I've had here in Madera.

I’ve had them come out to my house twice and have been completely satisfied with their services.
I made a call to see if they could unclog my main drain and they were able to send someone to clear it the same day.
Also my water heater needed to be replaced and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. After the estimate, they were able to come the next day and install my new water heater and we’re able to have it all done within a couple hours.
They are super professional and friendly. Also love that they provide a courtesy call before knocking on the door.

Very happy with service! I called Allstar plumbing for an emergency back up. Jerry came out and diagnosed the problem and cleared sewer line. Jerry also gave me options to repair the problem and gave me a really great price for the permanent repair. No longer will I worry about plumbing I found my guys! Allstar plumbing!

Was quoted $125 over the phone for a standard back flow test which costs $50 in Kerman, but ok, I can see its more expensive in Fresno.

It turned out to be $250! One line had a leak and had to be fixed and retested which would have been $875! No thanks.

Watch out for these guys.

I have called Anthony for service over many years. Today, I needed advice and estimate about capping gas line because PG&E does not do it. I want an electric dryer because of gas prices. He came by, on time, to let me know what needs to be
done. Free estimate. Anthony has taken care of kitchen and bathroom plumbing without any further issues. I would call him
again.

All Star Plumbing is professional and responsive over time and has even gotten better over the years. We recently were helped by Patrick and are So grateful. Patrick is highly skilled, professional, and is a clear communicator. He never speaks down to you and puts everything into simple terms. Patrick recently went above and beyond on a couple service visits in particular. We will continue to ask for him every time. From purchase to install we received top notch service. Anthony and the crew knew their job and product. A whole home filtering system and water softener. Oh by the way, All Star Plumbing is $6000 less than culligan. Thanks guys
