Moving into this complex was a new experience for me. I’ve been in a home all of my life. I wasn’t expecting it to be so easy for me. This place is great. Service calls are answered promptly and the staff are so very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about my apartment.

My experience at Allegria has been an absolute nightmare. The cockroach and spider infestation is unbearable, and it took multiple ignored emails and threats of litigation to get them to respond. The front office never answers their calls, leaving tenants frustrated and ignored.

When I moved in, they tried to put me in a dirty unit that was nothing like the model home I toured. The lack of responsiveness continued throughout my one month here. I even had to pay extra expenses due to their negligence, as the unit I was supposed to occupy had a horrific smell they forgot to address. My movers had to wait for me to sign a new lease for another unit, resulting in an extra $300 charge for me.

I strongly advise against living here. The management's indifference and unprofessionalism have made my stay a living nightmare. Attached are photos of the appalling conditions I have endured during my time at Allegria.

My wife and I moved in around a month ago and we love it so far. The management and maintenance teams have been top notch and always listened and took care of any worries we had. Any work orders are taken care of immediately by the on-site staff and the neighbors are a delight. Feels great to be back in Roseville!

Not great maintenance service. My bathroom ceiling bubbling and living room painting were reported as “issue resolved” and I never saw him or got any follow up again. Also, my refrigerator drawer broke and I reported it, he informed me he ordered the part, never got any follow up there either. After my flooring in kitchen was repaired, it started coming up again. Not super satisfied.

My thoughts about my new abode and the staff that make things run smoothly for us is long overdue. Now that I am somewhat settled, I would like others to know how awesome everyone is. I have been renting since 1980, and haven't experienced any better service that what I have gotten thus far. The Maintenance Supervisor, Tom and his Tech's have gone above and beyond helping me settle in. The Management/Leasing team, Brittney, Adrianna and Jade likewise have been so awesome and accommodating. I truly cannot say enough great things about all of the members here and would encourage anyone thinking of moving here, not to hesitate.

Always very respectful, & fix the issue in a timely manner! It sometimes takes a couple days to get them out but we all know everywhere is short staffed these days.

1 year of rental experience

Great maintenance team! They usually attend the very next day. Always efficient and make sure that the tenants are satisfied with their service.
Leasing team is good when you're about to looking to move-in and during the time of rental.
Property is nice and clean too.

However, at the time of move-out, you'll not get the full deposit refund regardless of how you maintain the apartment.
The lease terms are vaguely defined and they will make you pay for painting, carpet and apartment cleaning even if you did it before moving out. All these are standard move out charges but they don't clearly tell you this.
I asked the office what can I do to get the full deposit back, they told me "I have never seen anyone getting a full deposit back".

All my 3 previous rental apartment gave me a full deposit refund (minus utilities only) because of the way I maintain the apartment.

My husband and I moved in here last July 2022 and it’s been a wonderful experience so far in these apartments. The leasing office is very efficient on getting back if you message them with any questions. The maintenance always comes through if you have any issues. Neighbours as pretty quite and polite. Haven’t had a single issue yet.

This is one of the places where if you apply you better kill yourselves! They require so much paperwork it’s seem to me like we apply to buy it! Also there is two ladies wich are even new or there is something wrong with them, they both work in the biggest office. Don’t go there with this menagment it will make you suffer!

I called several times to inquire about leasing and this place doesn’t answer the phone, I’ve inquired online and never even got a call back and I tried to schedule a tour and nothing…. Guess I won’t be moving here

I tried to apply here. If you’re self employee it’s impossible! I paid holding deposit and application fee, I sent all taxes documents, checks from the job, bank statements, and Allegria management said me like I’m not a self employee, please send us check stubs, I got in circles my 1099 form and tried to explain that I have never been a W2 worker, they tried to understand it for few months. I sent all above again, and what you think I hear from them? Please send check stubs omg self employee doesn’t have check stubs guys. I asked them reject my application and return my holding deposit back, cause I could move at January 20th, so at February they still asked me W2 form…non qualification stuff that’s all, I opened the dispute in my bank account, cause they of cause stopping answer to me about money back if they can’t apply me!

My husband and I lived here for a year and we enjoyed our experience. The amenities are nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were always responded to quickly and efficiently. We moved out of state but would have renewed. We recommend Allegria at Roseville.

Forget about getting your deposit back. Mold in the apartment and horrid smell and management is completely unhelpful.
