Rude, terrible customer service. They like to follow you around, not even saying anything, like you're going to steal a sofa. To make it worse, the furniture is cheaply made and wildly overpriced. I will never come back here.

Owners don't recognize regular customers, which takes away from the experience but overall furniture is okay. Prices are good.

Good furniture at good prices. Wonderful customer service. Must visit for inventory. Some very cool stuff, especially for children. Quality is decent, good enough to get the job done. Selections range from tables, couches, mattresses, bed frames, cabinets, chairs and bunk beds.

Fullerton Favorite: Good Price, Great Service and Furniture solutions. Over the last 15 yrs I've bought our bed, office furniture, and guest room furniture at Allen's.

I didn’t like how they thought I wasn’t going to see the tape on my seat! Covering the damage is rude and very unprofessional!
