Allergy and Asthma Specialist Doctors, Inc., Pasadena CA

I met with the doctor via teleconference but it worked fine. I described the symptoms with my sinus congestion and she prescribed a new medication, which I am taking.

I can't give it fully 5 stars because I had to drive super far in traffic to meet with the allergist for something that could have been done over the phone. So that I did not appreciate at all, but other than that everyone was nice and I was able to schedule an allergy patch test.

I had a great visit with the Allergist. The lady whom I booked my appointment was very sweet. Professional. The front desk ladies also were very friendly. Very professional. Doctor was knowledgeable. Personable. Parking was easy. I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

Friendly and professional staff, on-time appointment, gave option for in-office or telemedicine appointments.

Dr. Smilies was professional, prompt, and very friendly. I greatly appreciated the time she took to listen to the reasons for my appointment before carefully explained my diagnosis and testing/treatment options. She answered all my questions no matter how big or small they might have been. The office staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. Office space is clean and quiet. I only wish she was my primary care physician!

The offices were very clean, with courteous receptionists. They were Very accommodating and professional. Doctor Smigiel was very thorough with her examination, explanation, & advice.

Dr. Smigiel was very kind and took the time to explain my diagnosis and medications. Yvonne was so helpful in scheduling my appointments and office was clean and nice! So appreciative of a good office.

Dr was excellent, nice and gentle. Her knowledge and patience is beyond words. The staff are so nice and friendly. The office is beyond clean and when I say clean I mean CLEAN. I would recommend this Dr. And a plus they are located in West Covina and Pasadena CA.

I arrived about 5 minutes early and was shown to a room almost immediately - how refreshing!

Dr. Smiegel was kind, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. She came up with a measured approach to things that I thought was creative a reasonable.

Dr. Smigiel is so patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. She made me feel confident that my situation would be resolved. She explained everything that she was doing. Answered all my questions. I felt heard and not rushed in her office. All the staff are kind caring professionals.

Dr. Smigiel was fantastic. On my first visit she understood my situation quickly and asked key questions to make progress. She's very easy going and conversational but had keen advice and a plan to move forward. I definitely recommend her!

Great experience overall. They are up to date with technology to make appointments easily accessible, especially given current covid situations. The office staff is quick, caring and respectful of patients, unlike other Dr.offices where receptions take long to respond and forget to follow up. They take the time to send valuable reminders via phone and text and personally call to follow up on pending documents. So far my family and I have enjoyed the experience here.

I've been coming here for several years now and I am so happy with everyone at this facility. Dr. Vardanian and Dr. Smigiel are exceptional doctor's that are thorough with their explanations. I have not had the opportunity to meet the other doctors here, but I'm sure they are just as great. I would also like to mention the ladies in the front desk. Those ladies are amazing! Very friendly and so funny! Thank you all for making me feel like a valued patient.
