I found this agency in 2020 and they have worked with me in resolving my debt. They always answer my questions honestly and never judge the situation that got me here. Very professional staff. 100% recommend.

These guys do not tell you the truth, at the beginning. It's all smoke and mirrors to get you to sign up, and once you are signed up they'll not communicate, and not follow-up like they promise they'll do upfront. If you have a small amount of debt this may work for you. I signed up with these liars in October 2020 and pay them as much as I was paying the debtors. I have 6 debtors, and to date, they have only settled 2 of the 6 accounts. They never contact your debtors they rely on you to contact the debtor and have the debtor contact them. If you have more then $10K in debt use a professional bankruptcy lawyer you'll be better served then these liars. Stay away from this company they'll not help you and they will ruin your credit in under 6 months.

She did a good job. I only had part of my account information and she was nice and helpful on explaining it to me so that i could understand it.

Bianca has gone above and beyond to help me understand the process. Additionally, she has assisted in changing parameters to align with my current financial hardship. She is courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

I must say, their mailer is very misleading. It was addressed "Tripoint Lending", when these people have no intention of lending you money at all. After a lengthy conversation with "John" at this company, all they want is for your to pay a monthly fee to them to contact your lenders directly, and from what I am seeing in these reviews, it is highly questionable if that even happens. The only reason I contacted them was for a loan at a lower interest rate as they advertise; to pay off a few cards, and consolidate my monthly payments at a lower interest rate. I am current on all my outstanding debts, and have no problems paying my bills. I encountered a company very similar to this several years ago when I owed IRS money. Long story short; after paying them over $5,000 which they assured me would be deducted from my IRS Debt after their negotiations which was a bold face lie, I contacted IRS directly and my payment was $200 less per month than what they supposedly negotiated for me. Also, IRS had no record of them ever contacting them.

If you are looking for Debt Consolidation, my suggestion to you is the contact your Creditors directly. Especially with all the aftermath of COVID, I am sure they would work with you.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Been with them since 2018 and only settled three of my six debts to creditors. They have taken out more fees than the actual settlements. Canceled there behinds and had a balance left over so it should have been deposited into my account only to learn that they robed me of that money because of there outstanding fees. Don’t use them stay away as a matter of fact run. Try to settle with your creditors yourself.

I have been working with them for the past 18 months. They are very polite, however, they don’t communicate with each other and they don’t read notes. There is little follow through. They settled 3 of my 4 debts. The last debt I called them every month for eight months and they never followed through. I had to pushy them on each debt. There is poor communication and a lack of accountability between departments.

They do stop out of control interest, get your debt paid out at 55-60% plus they charge you 27% of the original debt. Do not forget the canceled portion of the debt rolls back to you at the end of the year AND you have to pay taxes on it. You ruin your credit for several years. If you can go directly to the lenders and work with them…. You will save money and honestly the stress…. Especially when you have to constantly follow up on a company to hold them accountable. If I could go back in time…I would never have used this service.

When I first started my debt consolidation journey I was skeptical. I didn’t expect my credit score to drop below a 500. Staff was very informative and consistent with keeping me updated on my settlements. I say all this to say, don’t get discouraged make your payments on time. It’s light at the end of the tunnel, and by the way my credit score has been increasing. It takes about 4 months to notice a change with creditors calling, and settlements being paid off. Thank you Alleviate Financial for a great experience and all the amazing staff I’ve spoke too within the last year.

This company claims to help people but at the end of the day all the do is help themselves with your money. They will charge 25% commission on your account balance. So if you owe a creditor $1000 they will $250 on the principal amount. So if they negotiate a settlement with your creditor for $800 the actual amount your paying is $1050 more than you initially owed. I waisted a year with this company and am worst of then when I started. They also charge a bunch of bogus fees check processing payment issuing fee etc. All they do is try to milk you. I paid them over 7k and they kept $3500 for themselves. I have invoices to prove this. So trust me just call your creditors directly and negotiate yourself.
