I hired AlleyCat to do a two unit building including a large garage, workshop and crawl space that had serious mouse infestation. The AlleyCat crew went above and beyond at my place. Ever was the foreman of the crew and he did a great job, super happy with my service. They cleaned up, they patched a couple problematic holes and gaps in my drywall and trim very cleanly. On top of never seeing another mouse again after Ever and his crew came, the work they did even helped water proof and ant proof my house better. Highly recommend that guy, great job.

Amazing experience. We had them come out a few months ago to seal up our house from mice and rats. With the 1-year guarantee, I was able to call them when we noticed we had a mouse in one of the traps. They came out, found the opening and sealed it up. All with a smile. Such great service.

Today was 3rd visit. Stayed over an hour. Very thorough. Will follow up in 2 weeks. They came 3 years ago and house seemed rodent free until late last year. Will reread Steinbecks “0f Mice and Men”. Mice seem smarter. This was 4th or 5th visit. Many opening were found that had been missed previously. The technician was very nice, thorough and hopefully has solved this ongoing problem. But we have to wait and see.

We found Alley Cat on Yelp. We booked them and it took about a week to get an appointment. We heard SF is overrun by rodents! Not a good sign for our city. Anyway, the crews were prompt, courteous, friendly and communicative. They explained their process (animal friendly which was a must with five animals in two households) and walked me through the treatment areas they saw ahead of time. They also sent me photos of the work they'd done which is great to have. My only recommendation is they need a better back end system as they asked for a deposit, texted me a link that didn't work which made it inconvenient for mobile banking. They need to address a few office logistics issues, but they are likely overwhelmed by all the requests.

I have a 4 unit building that was infested with mice and some rats during Covid. I called SF Rodent Control for the first time and I was so impressed and satisfied with their service. They are very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and very pleasant to deal with. The staff in the office are so supportive and professional. I dealt with Cathy most of the time and she was the most pleasant person and gets things done. I am just so impressed with their services! They abide by their words and warranty. Everything I was told will happen, happened. I feel very lucky to have them and never to worry being infested with rodents again.
