The worst place to get your life back together. They pray to the devil, fight the weak, brag about colorist fights, gossip comes first hygiene second, I rather call the streets for help.

Please rethink coming here for counseling or anything. We set up an appointment for my granddaughter for an intake appointment (3/16/23) only to be told that everyone was gone at some sort of training.wth? We received one phone call on Monday and I called Raquel back to find out why she was calling, I was not able to speak with her and left a message asking her to call myself or my husband back if she had any questions. We never heard anything back so we went off to the appointment only to be told when we arrived that no one was there and that we would have to come back. No explanation NOTHING! Their receptionist was completely unhelpful and couldn't give me any answers and kept telling me there was nothing she could do. That she was JUST a receptionist. My son took time off for this I changed my schedule to be here and these twits couldn't be bothered to call and reschedule? I'm not sorry that I was obnoxious to the receptionist. My granddaughter was looking forward to finally getting therapy for the abuse she suffered that it was heart breaking to see the disappointment on her face. A simple phone call to one of the THREE numbers these people had on file or even an e mail could have avoided everything that happened today. But no their so called training was more important. I doubt there is enough training that could help these people. Whatever amount of money these people are making they are way over paid.
