The people who work in that place have no education they treat clients badly they are lazy and without manners do not buy there

This would have been a great place, assuming the zombie apocalypse was upon us and they were the only supplier left.

The sales people were alright. The one I dealt with was a little "green" but cordial. The obvious flaw is the manager. He clearly possessed a superiority complex that would have made supremacy proud.

I inquired about a cash/volume discount and he replied "I have clients with multi-million dollar homes that don't ask for discounts. " (Uh, duh.)

There was confusion with my order perhaps because I didn't understand their in-store codes and the sales agent trying to help me was still learning. Our mostly Spanglish conversation as well (my roofer spoke Spanish). Bottom line is that a few items totaling over $800 were incorrect, incompatible and not needed. (To be clear, the bid/receipt does not spell out the items, only their store codes.)

The error was clear upon delivery (like duplicate items in the sense that you use one or the other, but not both). I called Allied immediately but was minutes after 4PM and they were gone.

So I went the next day to see about getting a refund. The sales clerk realized the mistake and was trying to help me avoid the 20% re-stock fee. But the manager would not approve it. The funny thing is that he said "I thought there was a problem with the order so I knew this was going to happen. " (If I have a trainee and I see a potential mistake, I would correct it. Wouldn't you?)

I pleaded with the manager to be reasonable. His sales agent and another sales agent were trying to explain that it was a "misunderstanding. " But the high and mighty manager would not listen to his employees because the company's 20% penalty was set in stone. He went on to diss my roofer for not speaking English, and other verbal tirades unbecoming of management (or anyone corporate or human for that matter).

Finally I asked for the name and number of the regional manager. I calmly explained to the manager that if I was the regional manager and two (not one but two) of my employees were telling the manager that a misunderstanding occurred, I would not penalize the customer. Then he realized something and relented. He angrily approved not charging the 20% penalty. I said "thank you, bro. "

"I'm not your bro" was the last curt thing he shouted before slamming the door to his office.

I returned the torch after 2 hours, later they denied everything, I was going to take her to court, then she reduced 40% and paid me back For unopened Box, it took 45 days.she is awful.

Roofing supplies are the worst and she is un respectful, at least be sure you do not return any thing because she says cheque will be sent, then she denies, be careful please

Thsi store sucks and they take for ever to unload trucks and the stupid lady that works in the office is a racist and needs to get laid worst place ever
