Hratch offered the most concise and best advice and helped put me on a path to resolve a very messy situation with a leak in a recently renovated home. The issue is fairly complicated with a potential first party claim with my home owner’s insurance and 3rd party liability claims against our general contractor and plumbing subcontractor. He helped break down the process and was able to explain exactly what my options are and how to navigate the situation. He was truly looking out for my best interests. Based on the fact that he ultimately told me NOT to hire his firm at this point, and that there were better options (at least at this juncture). He was extremely generous with his time and spent close to an hour providing incredible advice. I have talked to a number of different people in the industry related to this issue and he was by far the most articulate and helpful. I highly recommend Hratch and his team if you have any issues with any sort of insurance claim. He seems to be the best in the business.

They guys are the best at what they do! If you are looking up a company like this, you have probably had an insurance claim that has gone wrong.

This was my situation when I was referred to them. In the beginning I was extremely skeptical, I was really going down the wrong path with the insurance adjuster, to the point I want to square off when him. I gave APA a really hard time in the beginning. The stayed the course and came through at every point and promise.

Bottom line, the insurance adjuster offer $310K on the claim, APA helped recover 6X (six) that amount. With that, I was not concerned about the fee they retain. They were worth every cent.

I cannot say how much I appreciate Cameron and Lara. They were both so helpful and friendly, and gave me guidance and advised me how to deal with my HOA not taking responsibility for damages caused to my apartment due to water pipes in the communal areas bursting. I was so surprised that they were so willing and eager to help me navigate through this super messy issue without asking for my business or any payments. They were extremely knowledgeable and best of all compassionate and made me feel like I was in really good hands. These guy were great! I had a slab leak which flooded the whole Kitchen / living room area. My house had custom cabinets and flooring which was very expensive, everything was ruined. I called my insurance company and their adjuster came to my house a week later. He came and did his inspection along with Servpro for the remediation part. A few days later he sent me an email offering me $12k. I did not even bother replying and going down that road as I knew that wouldn't even cover the flooring. I immediately contacted Allied public adjusters. I signed up the same night and right away Allied went to work. I was assigned to Cameron and immediately he worked on getting my family temporary housing. From there Cameron kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything and got me about 200k from the insurance company. Wow I can’t say enough about how much this company has helped us in our fight with the insurance company! Insurance was low balling us and in now way was giving us anywhere the money needed to fix our home after a burst pipe in our slab.
