Dr. Remesz is an outstanding primary care doctor. Her expertise is matched only by her genuine and caring approach. She takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense and truly listens to your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Remesz for outstanding healthcare!

Unfortunately, Dr Remesz as well as her office is what is wrong with medical care. I am appalled at my experiences with Dr Remesz and the congruency of care that her office provides.

As an ICU nurse of 12 years, and mother of 3 (sickness, broken arms, the works). I have a lot of experiences in the medical field. My experiences at Dr Remesz’s office have been extremely disappointing. Fortunately, I have been health but needing treatment for poison oak rash required two VIDEO visit to get it resolved. And then they billed me incorrectly and charged over $1000 for the two visits. Thankfully I have enough knowledge to know they were incorrect billing codes. They corrected the issue, but anyone with less experience would have been paying way more than appropriate. I was still charged around $600 for both visits to finally get for a prescription of simple pack of steroids that that I already knew I needed.

Not only was the billing the issue, but Dr Remesz’s demeanor during the video visits was condescending and unhelpful. Her comment of “why don’t you just avoid the poison oak” shows her lack of listening to my story, past experiences, and simply unhelpful for someone whose is an outdoor enthusiast, healthy, and fit.

I returned for the office for another issue, and same thing - requiring an extremely expensive video visit that would last 5 minutes plus a $15 charge to sign an already completed form.

I have seen multiple providers over the years and have never felt so scammed. I do not feel like this office cares to provide any type of continuum of care, just trying to get the most money for the least amount of work.

Scheduled 3 months out for a general check up because pcp wasn't available. Day of appointment comes and says "Sorry the doctor isn't in today and we have to cancel. Youll have to reschedule.this one is in different office. " Why not just tell me earlier? Waste of my time.

My pregnant wife had Covid over 30 days ago and she has a persistent cough. She has been testing negative for over a month. She had a virtual visit with Dr Remesz over a month ago about the same cough. Which at time the Dr said it would take time and to call her back if the cough lasted. I called in today to see if they can see her in person and they told me no because she has a cough and it's still considered Covid. She's not asymptomatic, she doesn't have fever or body aches. Just the excessive coughing to the point she has trouble breathing. She has been testing negative for over a month. I really don't understand what a virtual appointment is going to do for her expect asking some meaningless questions and guiding her to go to ER or telling her give it more time. She needs to have her vitals and maybe her lungs checked. Virtual visit does nothing. What's is the point of a primary care? Why does that clinic even exist if they are not willing to see patients. So it's ok for people in the ER to be exposed to a person with a cough but not this doctors office. I guess they're special. We'll seek care else where and you should too.

I have the privilege of having Dr. Remesz as my internist. I have found her to be very professional, yet caring. She is very thorough and listens to your concerns. While not every Dr.has the patience to work with seniors, Dr. Remesz handles it with grace. I would highly recommend
her.
