Rhoda was great. And she went over all the options with me and took me to the various storage areas. I was pleasantly surprised.

Be prepared for rent increases. I have had a unit here for four years, and every year, my rent goes up by a decent amount.
Access hours can be challenging: no access before/after dark.
Otherwise, it's clean and well maintained.
