Allure Apartments, Orange CA

It’s a very nice apartment. Fun clubhouse area and really friendly office staff. Leticia is the best!
Great location near Chapman University. Also near lots of fun places like Angel Stadium and Golden Road Brewery.

I have been at Allure for 2 years and my experience with the staff has been great. I specifically wanted to recognize Leticia for her help making my lease renewal process easy by explaining all my options. This property is in a great location and I feel safe and secure.

After not getting my calls returned Laetitia called me and apologized for the issue. I was able to do a walk through and more information thank you so much

Very disorganized and has no parking options. It's funny they got parking problems in Orange County.

There is no street parking, the leasing office had advised the residents to use the 'Leasing Office future resident parking' when the leasing office is closed, that is 'Weekends', ' Holidays', 'Sundays'. Guess what, the towing company that is "Southside Towing" in Orange who are another set of criminals (They say that they are closed on Sundays but charge you an additional $100 for towing your car on Sunday from the leasing office 'Future Resident's' parking spot). Many cars have been towed since March.

I would reconsider investing money with them especially if you have family or friends that want to visit you.

This is the review that my husband had left and I am adding it on my account on behalf of both of us. The overall property is about a 3.5-4 star but the understaffing and most recent conflict with KAREN has made our experience here more towards the negative side.
From my husbands explanation, KAREN was extremely unprofessional and totally uncalled for.
Update: Karen was not held accountable for her actions. It was made extremely difficult for us to get a hold of higher management and owners.

Like other communities, There is a lot of things to like and dislike. I definitely see more consistency and more effort with the new management.
The upkeep and cleanliness isn’t as great as it could be (or what it was in the previous year) but overall not too bad.

This place used to be a very nice place to live in until the management changed a few months ago. Trash building up in the chutes, dirty hallways, not much attention to maintenance, Disappointed with the new management and I don't plan to renew my contract.
