This review is specifically for Mr. Jose Cruz, Maintence Supervisor at Allure At Scripps Ranch: Superior quality service by Mr. Jose Cruz, as always. He is very helpful and always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we are taken care of as residents. This quality service extends beyond just my unit, as he always ensures the entire property is at its best. Quite a big responsibility, and he does it VERY well. He is very professional, always willing to listen to our concerns, and is definitely one of the best Maintence Supervisors I have dealt with in my 14 years living here. Great job! I highly recommend his work. Thank you Jose! I appreciate your hard work and time sir!

Quite a while ago, another maintenance guy fixed a broken faucet in the bathroom, pretty badly, and mentioned that the part was not available. It had been exhausting and troublesome using a wonky faucet.
Today Javier helped me with another issue in the apartment, looked at the faucet and offered to fix it with a new one. His initiative surprised me and he did a wonderful job.

I have been living in this apartment since January this year. Life is very convenient and comfortable here. Especially when I have problems with the maintenance, I am very satisfied with the prompt service and perfect actions of Javier from the maintenance team, which makes my life here even more satisfying and enjoyable. This is my 3rd year living at Allure at Scripps Ranch and it has been a very positive experience. I particularly am impressed with the staff. At the office level, Antony is one of the bests. He is very friendly, patient, empathetic, and extremely helpful. He seems to genuinely care and make an effort to resolve any issues and ensure that you are satisfied. In my opinion, a friendly, caring, and helpful residents' relation staff can make a huge impact on your community living experience. Anthony has definitely made a positive impact for me.

I've been here for at least 2 years and am very happy with my place. The location is the best. Anthony, who is over at leasing has been great with management.

I've been living here for over four years. The apartments are fairly spacious. The garages are small and the parking situation can be messy if you don't have a garage. There is ample street parking though. I wish there would be more internet choices, as the AT&T service here is mediocre. The office staff is friendly. I mainly interact with Anthony Melendez who is always incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful to any concerns.

Javier performed our work on dishwasher and he did a great job and he is very fast in getting it up and running.
