Do not rent with All View Real Estate. Read the other reviews from renters. I have an exceptional rental history and have never had any issues until renting with All View Real Estate. We have mold on blinds that the owner installed in our home that they refuse to remove. We also have rodent droppings surrounding the home. We have been here six months, and here is All View's response, "we believe that the shade issue is from a lack of maintenance and is deemed tenant responsibility. " They provided me cleaning instructions. The owner says she paid $2000 to have the curtains installed, and "it may be pollen. " See my images. I chose to take action with the Building & Land Enforcement and Environmental Health Investigation Branch in SD. All to have visibly moldy blinds removed. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere. The pest control issue still exists several months later.

Laura Dyball assisted me with my rental process. She was extremely responsive and flexible around my hectic personal schedule. Additionally, she made me feel welcomed upon my move in and even brought a little welcome gift, keychain, and toys for my two dogs. I really enjoyed the process thanks to Laura’s professionalism and kindness. Moving is stressful and working with someone pleasant makes all the difference. Thank you again Laura!

AllView has been managing my properties in Orange County for many years and they have also represented me in the sale of some investment properties. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. They are professional, attentive, and know the real estate / property management industry inside and out. They make it a point to respond to any request I might have in a timely manner and do the same for my tenants. I have hired and fired management companies in multiple states and have yet found any company comparable. I think that is the only negative I can think of with AllView, they don't open offices in those states!

AllView owner and staff are very professional, effective and efficient. They are communicative and responsive on all things important in managing our rental property. It has been a very smooth and straightforward experience working with AllView. We do not believe that we can find a better property management company.

They don’t deserve a star. Bad service. They don’t respond to calls or emails. They charged us the half of the security deposit amount without any explanation what areas they painted. We cleaned the house very well but charged us for cleaning. They charged us for maintenance fee of garbage disposal problem. We rented the house with paint issues and took pictures of all the areas and sent them copies. I am waiting their call back why they did this.

Do not rent with this company. They will not answer to your emails, you have to go through multiple people to get your questions answered, they only care about money. They deducted 1700 from our deposit for paint touch up and cleaning, even though we painted and cleaned the house before we left. They will ask people to give them a 5 start rating, and if you give them a bad rating they will ask you to remove it. They will treat you like a number not a person.

My husband and I are both healthcare workers and helped patients during COVID. Our sacrifices were not respected by this company.

AllView Real Estate did a great job and selling my condo. Most of all, Paige Gutierrez was amazing. She walked me through the process every step of the way. She advised me as to what needed to be done to make my condo marketable and receive the maximum price. Page was quick to respond to any questions I had and educate me about the process as I have never sold property before. Page is smart, reliable, and quick, to respond to her clients knees!
