I had an appointment at 7: 00 pm, and the receptionist told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait. When I asked to reschedule, Alma asked if someone else could do my taxes. I kindly said no, thank you, I will reschedule. Alma got irritated and verbally insulted me in front of the office and other customers for not taking the offer. I pay a lot of money to Alma to have my taxes done, and it is my prerogative to decide who does my taxes. They should also respect their customer's time, have common decency, and give people the option to reschedule. Perhaps, make 2-hour appointment slots instead of overbooking Alma. Alma is very knowledgeable but I am taking my business elsewhere.

Almas tax service is the greatest! My husband and I found them about 3 or 4 years ago and we never want to go with another tax service again!

Alma has always been my tax preparer, my grandma has been doing her taxes with her for 20 plus years. I've been going to her since I turned 18. She really takes the time to get to know you and she will make sure you are comfortable in the office and she is so funny it doesn't even feel like you are doing your taxes. I've done my taxes her with her personally and all the other girls in the office whether it was Alyssa, Vanessa, or Marissa they all know what they are doing and just as knowledgeable as Alma. I really do recommend for anyone to make an appointment and see for yourself Alma and her staff are nothing less than amazing.
