When u have 14 ppl how can u give the right care to them u can't 6-2 pm that not never enough time to care for 14 ppl

If I could give zero stars I would. My Grandmother was in here and the nurses are so neglectful. You can't give good care when each nurse has 18 patients. But they make them wear diapers so they don't have to take them to the restroom, it takes almost 2 hours for someone to bring your medication or to answer the call button. Once we complained things got a little better for a day then then they went right back to neglecting her. We ended up bringing her home early because we weren't going to take the neglect and bad attitudes of the staff. Kaiser needs to rethink working with a recommending this place to their patients.

Kaiser placed my mom here for short term rehab this month 10/2023. She went in around 100 pounds. She weighed in at 70 pounds after a weeks stay and being sent back to the hospital with malnutrition and dehydration. I went to check on my mom 2-3 times a day. No one could ever answer any questions about whether or not she was eating when I wasn’t there. I noticed that my mom looked ill and her nurse Ashley told me she thinks she might need lotion as her skin looks dry. The facility rarely answers the phone. There is rarely anyone at the front desk and there are residents who roam the halls all night and are outside in wheel chairs for extended hours in the hot sun. Constant screaming for nurses that DO NOT COME OR TAKE A LONG TIME TO COME TO THE PATIENT’S AID. My mother told me that the nurses rarely come to the room or answer the call light. I just thought maybe she was being impatient surely enough I pressed her call light and waited at least 45 minutes before I went to the desk myself to ask for a nurse. Every time I came to sit with my mom I noticed they rarely responded to the call light. ACCEPT ONE DAY WHEN LICENSING REPRESENTATIVES WERE IN THE BUILDING SO THE NURSE IMMEDYRESPONDED
TO THE CALL LIGHT IN LESS THAN TWO MINUTES. The smell is unpleasant like urine and feces down some of the halls. There are random people who are possibly homeless that roam the premises and there is no security or questions when entering the building. The physical therapist never attempted to get
My mother out of bed and she left worse than she came. I regret sending her there for rehab. I received a call from my mother from her personal cell phone begging me to call the ambulance. I came there and requested an evaluation by the doctor and ultimately the doctor they called said she needed to go to the ER. Nobody noticed she was unwell. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. I was optimistic because of recent reviews but this is just negligence at its finest. My mother’s nurse just seemed so pleasant and happy to help. The day my mother left…. She asked me to come close to her and whispered “that nurse is fake. She only comes to check on me when you are here. ” It broke my heart. Once my mother is in a better place of health I will reach out to the appropriate representatives to file a complaint.

THIS PLACE IS INCOMPETENT NO ONE CARES HERE? L! PRESSED THE RN BUTTON MORE THAN ONCE NO ONE CAME! I ASKED FOR MEDS THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE CORRECT ONES! I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR THEY SENT THIS YOUNG GUY WHO WASN’T A SUPERVISOR (SUNDAY) HE DID NOT ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS I HAD. CNA/LVN TOOK MY DISCHARGE PAPERWORK AND WOULD NOT GIVE IT BACK TO ME. I PROVIDED THEM WITH THE ORDERS PER THE ER. AND I ADVISED THE YOUNG LADY SHE COULD MAKE A COPY AND BRING BACK MY ORIGINAL. SHE COMES BACK IN MY ROOM WITH NO PAPERS! I ASKED FOR SOMEONE INCHARGE A LVN COMES IN AND SAYS THAT’S THEIR PAPERWORK. I TOLD THEM I KNEW MY RIGHTS THOSE ARE MY DISCHARGE PAPERS. NEVER DID RECEIVE MY PAPERS. SO THE OVERNIGHT SUPERVISOR CAME IN I EXPLAINED WHAT TRANSPIRED. SHE APOLOGIZED MADE COPIED AND BROUGHT ME MY PAPERWORK. I TOLD HER I WAS PRESSING THE RN BUTTON NO ONE CAME AND I HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM. CAUSED MORE ANXIETY AND STRESS!

My dad was at this facility, he arrived on a Friday and Saturday he woke up nauseated and vomiting. He hardly ate anything for three days and what little he did eat, he vomited. On Monday, he had an IV put in to help with hydration and it was put in wrong, making his arm swell up. Tuesday I asked for an evaluation and they sent him back to Kaiser, he was dangerously dehydrated. His sodium, potassium, magnesium and electrolytes were extremely low. Had we not asked for the evaluation, he could have had seizures or gone into cardiac arrest. I will NEVER send a family member to this facility.

I've been to most of the skilled nursing facilities in Modesto for rehab and this is one of the best. The food is decent, sometimes even good lol. That's saying a lot. I was well cared for and judging by the lack of parents yelling for help. So we're the long term residents. I was here when it was Wnddor and it was a pit. Extreme improvement since. I'm sure it happens, but I never wheeled by a room reeking with the odor of soiled diapers pouring out. If you've been to some of these places, you'd understand. Bit boring. If there were activities, I didn't know about them. Overall. A clean and well run place. I'll come back if I have to do this yet again. Side note: not a great selection of alternatives if you don't want the main dish, but at least they have alternatives.

My spouse recently had double knee replacement surgery. I'm grateful for the staff. The facility overall is very clean, the care he is receiving is better than acceptable. Everyone is friendly kind and very helpful. The food is. His recovery will be another week or so. But in my heart I know he will be fully functional once released thanks to the nurses, PTs, dietary staff, housekeeping staff and administration.

Been in this facility several times each time it gets worse getting your medicine is such a pain they deal with pharmacies from out of town up into the bay area and it takes days to get your medication the activities are okay if they'll just somebody comes and get you or if they don't hear out of luck it seems that each time I've been there it just gets worse and worse had to check myself out because they did not have my medication that I need just seems each time I go it gets worse some of the CNAs are just get weirder by the moment it's such a sad situation if you don't have your brain together they will run over you like a car running over a bump

Our Mom went into this place for rehabilitation for 20 days. We had only one nurse and an aide that showed any compassion and / or concern for our Mom. Now our Mom has been transferred into the nursing skilled portion, and it's horrible. She has been moved 3 different times with no notice or inclination of what is going on. Our Mom waits 2 or more hours for any response from anyone at the nurses' station. We are horrified with the lack of care here. Our Mom has been moved as mentioned, and now she has no phone, which is her only contact with us and a call light that does not work.

This amazing Hospital has a Great Team of amazing Nurses and STaff and My Mom Irma Huffman has been there since 2016 and it was called Windsor and my Mom has been getting Great care and if there is anything that happens I really don't blame them for She's been Loved and cared for she was in another place across town and I moved Her there my Mom is not easy to take care of i know this because I was her caregiver at Home and it's not easy but anyway she's really been taking care of Great.

I have been a patient here 4 or 5 times now to recover from surgery or for nursing care for various reasons and I have to say that I am so glad I have this place to rely on during difficult recoveries. It may not be the fanciest but I couldn’t ask for better care. The nursing staff and therapy team are wonderful and have treated me with respect and understanding to my, what can be very challenging, medical and rehabilitation needs. I also want to shout make a shout out to the kitchen staff. Thank you for putting up with my picky dietary wants/needs. Thank you everyone for giving me a safe and compassionate place to come to during some trying times.
