Beautiful and well-maintained bike and walking path along the north shore of Big Bear Lake in southern California. Along the path are benches for resting or just taking in the scenery. There are several parking areas, and you can park along the highway as well. Take along a picnic!

Easy going bike trail. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. The view is quite nice, plenty of areas to enjoy the lake. Plenty of shade and places to rest and not overcrowded. Recommended.

Great trail, if it had been maintained a little bit better we should be able to travel and bike also during the snow season

Love walking distance on this path, if you started at stanfield cutoff and walk for a couple miles along the lake the path will take you to one of the best observatories in the US, you can also bring your bicycle, roller blades or simply walk, dogs are allowed to.

Runner, cyclists, walkers, hikers: this is a great path to start from! It is located right off Stansfield Cutoff and leads up to the 38 and connects to other trails including PCT! It’s just beautiful! The view of the lake from the North shore is stunning! Enjoy!

Not as good as it used to be. The drought affected significant parts of the lake. Less tourists coming.

My wife and I didn't actually go on the trail, but right at the head of it we parked on the bridge and watched the sunset. It was the PERFECT spot!

Nice fairly flat trail in a beautiful part of Big Bear overseeing the lake. Unfortunately this part of the lake is almost dry. We're praying for lots of rain this fall and winter.

This is wonderful.even if you're just walking the path or the trails is fun if you have a mountain bike it is even funner be careful wear a helmet and shoulder pads and elbow pads they will not let you on the track.they do serve food there and drinks and the weather is perfect right now.

First time there. Had a blast just hiking the local trails. Great views, scenery and fresh air. Lots of local events.

This path is both a peddle path and walking/running path. It borders the lake so the veiws are nice. Completely renovated last year, doubling the width of the path as well all new asphalt and wood for the two bridges that bridge the two main springs, at the juniper springs area. This is popular area for visitors. With available day camps, restrooms, and fishing accessibility.

Great walk with gorgeous views! Unfortunately there's quite a bit of trash along the path and water's edge. We walked the path out and along the beach back, picking up a lot of trash along the way. Someone out there fishing actually thanked us as he saw us picking up trash near him. Beautiful spot, sad to think people don't respect it!

Good place to ride. A bit bumpy at times but overall well maintained. It goes all the way to a museum but it closes early (around 4/4: 30).
