Alexis was very professional and respectful of the property. He used a Mat under his workplace next to the furnace and explained the entire process by educating me on what the Lennox system requirements were by showing the photos he took from the system and comparing it against the readings. I love the transparency and not trying to up-sell me on something I didn't need.
