They are always eager to help. They are fast and their prices are attractive. I also find them 100% trustworthy. They told me several times not to worry about a small thing they fixed later while they could have easily made it a big deal.

Stay away from this place at all costs. I went there and no one wanted to help me. I finally walked into the garage after 10 minutes of standing in the pouring rain. The guy who was in charge was soooo unprofessional. He acted like he's the only mechanic in Pasadena, I walked off as soon as he opened his mouth. HORRIBLE PLACE!

They guy didn't even look at me and I stood there waiting for at least ten minutes. I found a different place to go.

Very affordable prices and service. Ideal for people with low budget or with old cars. I recommend, nice people. Service can be long sometimes as they get busy. Got two tires replaced for new ones in 30min for one of the best price in town. You can get used tires too. Thank you.

Needed a wheel bearing changed. It was too much work to do myself. I brought the car in during the afternoon. The price was right and, despite being really busy, they had it done by the end of the day. The mechanic even pointed out another problem I was dealing with regarding the brake caliper rubbing against the rim and suggested an easy fix that I did myself.

Fast, affordable and very good. And they were open until 5: 00 p.m. On Sunday, which is uncommon and was lucky for me.

I don’t think the guy doing the tires cares about his job or perhaps he his not getting paid enough to do his job right, He sold me an used tire with two holes and he only patched one and he knew it because they marked the holes on the tire the next day my tire was flat again and I had to paid a towing truck to take my car to a shop again.when I went back to complain he told me “good luck next time” after arguing with him his boss gave me the money for the tire but I lost the money I paid for the towing service, I have had them doing some other jobs here before and everything had been done right won’t be back after this.

I've have only bought tires or had a flat fixed at Al's but I've been going there for a few years now. They have really good prices on tires and they're fast.

Got a used tire from here. Fastest tire change I’ve ever seen, tightened them well and inspected tire still. Quick and efficient and not a bad price at all. Highly suggest. They take card btw which was a lifesaver.

An auto emergency especially when traveling is NEVER good. We traveled to CA for the weekend and when gassing up the car to head home several hours away, hubby noticed a nail/screw in the tire. Yikes! It was a Sunday afternoon. I searched for a “tire repair shop near me” and this location came up 3 minutes away from where we were. Hallelujah! We headed there and, probably it was the owner, came over when we pulled up. He asked what we needed. Hubby told him. He said back up. He saw the nail, got his tools and repaired it in a flash. Can you say relieved, grateful and so thankful! He was professional and very personable. I highly recommend this business. He only charged $20. Of course we gave him a tip and was on our way in no time. I saved the search result to come back to leave a review. Thank you!

Great place if you have to budget. Only place I know you can' bring your own part to have installed. Which helps alot since most of my parts are underwarranty.

This is a GREAT place. Came in with my 16' Acura. Changed oil. The guy gave me a rundown of the oil and was genuinely concerned, I had a different oil brand. He changed it and worked great. I appreciated his concern and learned a lil something more about car oil. I rather some 1 be concerned then not care at all. Only charged $35 for syn! Second, had ac checked and refilled great price and fast. Now my ac blows ice cubes and I get brain freeze. Lol. Great place. Will be my go 2.
