Today I went to pickup my car and I didn't like the job they're did the paint for my car doesn't even matches you can tell they did a very slapy job I'm not happy at all, it's nt fare I'll paid $1,800.00 and I feel because I'm a women there take a vantage of me. I5/15/2023would not recommend at all.

Let me tell you, this is my first car and I messed up bad by driving it around not changing or checking anything but the coolant, air pressure and gas since I got it (smh, I know scold me lol). Anywho my EPC light came on and eventually went off but then my check engine light came on so I immediately looked for a place to bring it to and found Al’s because of all the reviews praising their expertise, honesty, integrity and being a fair place for women (who aren’t super knowledgeable about cars). THEY COMPLETELY LIVED UP TO THEIR REPUTATION. I never got the gentleman’s name but I’m assuming he was Al (I got the vibe that he is the boss man lol) explained everything to me, let me take pictures of the codes and gave me a game plan of what my car needed while also being honest and managing my expectations (I had 6 codes on my car?). He saved my baby and I promise I will do better at taking care of my car! I would highly recommend this place.

I came in on short notice to get something done, and they took me in quickly. Very friendly and fast!

August is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of most cars. When I called to ask about maintenance my car needed he was quick to invite us to his location and quickly diagnosed the problem. I appreciate his honest and affordable solution to fix our car. He's great, you should definitely go here if you value good honest service.

Got into an accident while visiting from out of town on NYE and wasn't sure if the car was safe to drive back home.so lucky that Al's answered the phone! It was a relief to find a crew that was professional, kind, and knowledgeable (we called several other shops and got no answer/they were closing early for the holiday). Al's got us back on the road within a few hours at a fair price, while they were clearly busy and the docks were already full. Probably could have charged us a LOT more if they wanted to take advantage but they didn't. Good auto mechanics are worth their weight in gold. If I were local, this would be my go-to in a heartbeat!

Such a great mechanic. We break down and have no idea what's going on. Thankfully we roll into Al's auto and meet Augustine, He knew exactly what was wrong and told us that since they are already closed, he will have it ready for us by 12 noon tomorrow. He tells us where we can stay and even asked if we needed to barrow his phone charger. We stay down the street at a nice motel and as we're walking back the next day he calls us right at 12 to let us know the car was done. Such a great experience thank you Augustine! It was a fair price as well!

Just before setting off on a road trip, my car showed the tyre pressure was low, and I found a few nails in the tyres. When I reached the center, the mechanic immediately took care of the tyre and repaired it professionally, and we were able to set off safely. Would recommend.

Finally, after all these years. I have found a mechanic who is honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. $95 to inspect and recharge my car's AC. I called around and other places wanted $300. Thank you Augustine.

On our way to a meeting, we experienced a tire problem. Thankfully, we were just moments away from Al's Auto Center, who stopped whatever he did and helped us immediately. What a great guy - and what a fantastic service.

Augustin was awesome! He not only fit me in on a busy weekend, but explained to me what I was doing wrong, fixed it and then how to make sure that problem doesn’t happen again. He was really helpful, kind and professional. I hope I don’t have any more car problems, but if I do, I’ll be coming back here:)

Agustin is an amazing mechanic who has worked on our car numerous times. He’s kind, polite, and even shows us what he’s working on or looking at so that we understand what issues our car has. He is very knowledgeable and we absolutely trust him with taking care of our car!

Al’s Auto Center took us in late in the day for a popped tire, on Easter Sunday and had us back out on the road in 15 minutes. Awesome quick and friendly service. Best of the best!

Tire repair cost has doubled, the mechanic was on the phone for 15 minutes after he started on my car.

Went in with a flat, the mechanic was friendly and patched my tire in less than 10 min for 15$ I was back on the road in no time with no problem
