Went here several times, and I never got any help. Not even in the regular clinic. Some staff are nice, but most of them just got used to getting a patient in and out. All the doctors here see you for 5 minutes max and leave. How are you supposed to diagnose someone that fast. This place should be investigated.

The women's department staff are friendly and welcoming. I want to thank Dr. Juarez for being dedicated to provide the best care. She is caring, and listen to your health concerns. Cecilia is a really nice person, who helps patients and shows dedication to her job. Thank you so much. I truly recommend Altamed women's health.

A few days ago I took my two girls for their physical with Dr. Patricia Campbell while they finished doing the eye exam on the little mistress, my other 12-year-old girl went in with the doctor, I was outside, it was a matter of two minutes or maybe At least, the time that this person is there to ask my daughter questions that made her uncomfortable, such as her sexual preferences, etc. My daughter let me know after leaving the clinic that she felt very uncomfortable. These are questions that should not be asked to a child, much less if their mother or father is not present. Be careful with your children and this doctor, for my part I change pediatricians, it is the first time that I took them to that "doctor" and the last. And this is at the Altamed Commerce Clinic.

The dental department is amazing. I had to take my son with me for my emergency X-rays. They watched my two year old for me who is very wild. And we’re so kind. And due to being victims of crime altamed donated $500 for me and the kids to eat and fix my car. Thank you altamed! (Ps they don’t do baby sitting it was just a mix up in the front desk when I scheduled the appointment probably didn’t realize and niether did u would need more work done) thank u dental team

The women’s health department has continuously demonstrated care and professionalism. They are very attentive and quick to respond. The staff are very welcoming and helpful Dr. Joseph De Nagy and Cecilia Hernandez make a great team. Without them I would have been lost.

I like how my review is gone. This place a used my mother. Called her a liar, didn’t know what she was talking about. Trying to force her into doing something that was meant for another patient. Nice to see staff is mixing patients and making them cry.

This clinic is good because it is open until 10: 00 at night for parents who cannot go earlier, but unfortunately there is a receptionist who is very rude, racist and arrogant, she does not treat patients well, she is not trained to work in There is no clinic or hospital where she has to do with customer service to begin with she does not know how to treat people she is not friendly she looks very bitter at all times I hope the owners realize this and remove her because it is not fair that she takes out her bitterness on the patients, her name is Mabel, she is a lady with ponytail hair.

On the 2 occasions that I took my children to the emergency room, the care has been very good. Thank God.

I went with my baby to the emergency room and an angry woman who was attending was very rude. First she told me that I had to wait outside because the baby had diarrhea. I think it was because of COVID and then she said we are going to call her by phone and according to her She called me 4 times but no call ever came to my cell phone and about 2 hours passed and I went to ask if they had already called me and the old woman said we'll call you and you don't answer and I told her I don't have any call and she says that until the doctor tells me I call so far as I know the doctor never calls, well the case is that I have another one from there who attended to me and I say excuse me they already called me and he tells me no right now someone comes out and calls him so he can come in because I had to wait in the car and the other nosy old woman says they are calling her but she doesn't answer. You can believe that the service is bad. If they don't want to provide good service, they should look for another job. She is an ugly old woman who is attending the emergency room and poorly dressed, light brunette with yellow-brown hair and unkempt.

Came in with a bad Ingrown toenail very painful. Anyone who has had one will know the pain and discomfort. I was fortunate to get Dr Lucian Feraru. Very polite, Porfesional, and very good at what he does. I didn’t feel a thing! No pain through entire procedure. Thank you DR Feraru. That Fist bump goes along way.

Been going here for women’s health & for my pregnancies since 2019. I’ve honestly enjoyed every experience, I always see NP Aquino and/or Dr. Warner. Both are so patient, caring, and professional. The MAs and nurses are also kind. The ladies at the front desk also accommodate based on your schedule and give various dates to choose from. I have never felt rushed or as if I’m not being heard by their staff. The wait time can be a little long at times but its due to COVID precautions and staff shortage, none of which is their fault. Thank you all

Came for my baby’s wellness visit we were attended by Dr. Houssayni she was so sweet. She was understanding and supportive. I loved her. You can see she is passionate about what she does. We had an amazing experience. This clinic is very clean.

Faster than hospital ER. Everyone was nice and one of the nurses at the desk helped me look for my information when I wasn't feeling good. Thanks

There have been several occasions that I have gone to the after hours service in the medical area and I have always been attended to promptly by the very attentive staff and the doctor has explained to me my problems that I have at the moment and has referred me correctly to follow up on my health problems. People who have good service at this clinic should also post their good reviews. It is not always bad service, it is my opinion, and also there is ample parking.

I when to the dentist to pick up paper for my treatment wasn’t ready the girl in front give me attitude I’m diabetic disabled it’s hard to get ride n plus I call in morning I even told her I was in pain nurses was so rude I’m sorry I wants happy I stay West Covina waste of time not Happy she told me I have appointment on Monday I can’t wait that long I got a fever

Someone comes to the emergency room and they give us an appointment for the next day because they don't have doctors and they can't keep up. And the next day with an appointment they will assist you after two hours. Very bad service
