She took in my toddlers flower girl dress for a wedding with a seam that could be taken out to wear as she got older.

I had an appointment today and was extremely disappointed because the reviews were so good, I expected better customer service. Everything I said I wanted was disputed by the woman helping me and after repeatedly telling me that I just “need to buy a smaller dress” (which I repeatedly said was not possible) I finally broke down in tears. As I am SOBBING, she’s telling me not to get the dress dirty. She did not offer me a tissue, only brought them when I was able to ask through sobs.

The worst part for me was at the end, I just wanted to get out of my dress and get out of there. She helped me out of the dress WITHOUT CLOSING THE DRESSING ROOM CURTAINS and as I’m covering myself with both hands because my DAD was in the shop, I then had to use my TOES TO CLOSE THE CURTAINS. This was an extremely uncomfortable and horrible experience that I hope does not happen to any other woman. Please go elsewhere ladies.

I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Jasmine on 3 occasions for bridesmaid dresses, one of which involved a particularly complex “letting out” process. Her attention to detail is impeccable. In addition to her great work, she is very professional and accommodating. I would recommend Jasmine for any tailoring need!

Life happened and suddenly I was only days away from having to leave for Vegas to speak. And the blazer I wanted to wear, you guessed it, was still too big.
Thankfully Jasmine squeezed me in and got it fitted perfectly in no time.

Highly recommend! I went in to get a bridesmaid's dress and another matching outfit tailored. After discussing with the tailor, she recommended a few options for both the dress and the matching outfit, walking me through different options and explaining the price differences of each choice clearly. To my surprise, she even recommended I wait to get the matching outfit tailored until I really needed it and didn't pressure me to choose either way. For the dress I absolutely needed, she showed me what I asked for and then showed me another way it could look even better since it was actually one size too big but did not pressure me to choose either, even giving me time and privacy to call my husband to talk through the options and encouraging me to take photos of it both ways to think it through properly.

I usually get extremely nervous at these appointments but her kind demeanor and practical perspective helped me make the choice I felt most comfortable with. She even told me to call if I changed my mind when I seemed a bit hesitant and explained how long I'd have to change my mind if I still wanted the work done. And it's not just me. Each person who walked through the door while I was there seemed to feel extremely comfortable around her as well so it seems she treats everyone with thoughtfulness, kindness, and care.

When I picked up the bridesmaid's dress, she had even pressed it for me. It fit perfectly and looked exactly like I wanted it to. I don't think I'd go anywhere else in San Diego! Definitely a customer for a long time.

Stopped by with a last minute alteration for my husbands Navy uniform and she was able to get it done in minutes. And she was SO sweet. Will definitely be back!

I recently had some alterations done on a few of my clothes and I must say, I am extremely pleased with the results. Jasmine did an excellent job and the fit of our clothes now feels perfect.

I husband had a pair of pants that were a bit too long and lose, and the tailor was able to hem them to the perfect length and make them more fitted for a more modern look. The stitching is clean and seamless, and you can't even tell that they were altered.

I also had a dress that was a bit long. The dress looks much more flattering on me now and I feel much more confident wearing it.

Overall, I am really happy with the alterations. Jasmine was professional, efficient, and the quality of her work is beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of alterations.

I walked in to have the chest area of my wrap dress made smaller for my engagement shoot. Jasmine was extremely kind and helpful. She had me try it on before giving me a quote, then gave me different options and explanations for what she could do. After I agreed on one option, she got to work while giving me great advice on what to consider when picking out wedding dresses in regards to the alterations they'd require. After a few minutes, she handed me my dress back and didn't charge me for the simple stitches she made. I really appreciated this act of kindness. She could've charged even a small fee for her work, but she handed me my dress and said, "Congratulations on your engagement. " I will definitely be back for future alterations.

Jasmine is so sweet and amazing! I called her in a prom dress emergency—after getting turned down from 5 different tailors, she saved the day! Not only is she incredibly sweet, but she is great at what she does. I adore my dress and she made it fit me like a glove. So lucky to have found her and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone in need of alterations!

She's talented and very efficient! My grandmother was a seamstress for decades, but stopped working with certain difficult fabrics in her old age and refused to touch my green velvet dress. Jasmine had no problem taking it in for me. I showed her an issue I had with the back zipper from a different tailor and she identified the problem right away. I wore this dress to chaperone the prom for the school I work at. All the students and staff gave me compliments on the dress! I wish I had taken more photos with them. Thank you so much, Jasmine!

Jasmine is exceptional — I won’t go anywhere else for alterations. I needed a dress altered that I purchased from India to officiate a wedding. The fabric was very delicate. She is an absolute miracle worker! I went to see her with a bridesmaid’s dress that was four inches from zipping (not an exaggeration). There wasn’t time to order another one, and she was my only hope. I definitely went to the right place, because she worked wonders on that dress.
