I got my hair transplant at Alvi Armani 2021, and the results are nothing like expected. I had looked at reviews prior to choosing the clinic and did my research on the techniques offered, and even flew out to California to get the procedure done, but all I can say is the hair growth is minimal and uneven at best and the areas they harvested from are patchy with visible like dots from the follicle harvesting. Also, the nurses were the ones primarily working on the transplanting, the doctor only came in for a bit, took a look and left. For post procedure operations, I was very precise in following instructions, and when I felt that the growth was not as expected, I reached out several times! Each time they came up with an excuse that it takes time for the hair to grow and such, but it has been 2 years since and the growth is again extremely minimal and thin. As for the scarring in the donor area, the doctor told me the back of my head will remain the same. IT IS NOT! I am extremely dissatisfied, especially knowing that the price I paid is double some other clinics I had looked at. Please, whoever is reading this, do not be fooled by the posh location and overblown recognition of this doctor.

Life changing! Let me start by acknowledging the team that made this possible. Consultation and assessment with Mr. Chad Cooper, review and design with Dr. Craig Barton, patient care and implants with Jamie, Steven, Alissa and Claire (apologies if I have spelled any of those incorrect!) with the support of Dr. Michael Hughes. Having undergone a procedure in the recent weeks, I wanted to convey the experience that changed everything. My conversations during the initial stages were very professional and thoughtful, zero pressure. Easy process for blood work and payment, detailed information for planning the trip and an open line of communication if needed. This was all done during the consultation and booking phase with Mr. Cooper. The day prior to visiting the clinic, I spoke with the team and confirmed expectations for the day of surgery. All about the details! My morning pre-operation meeting with Dr. Barton and the team was thorough and I felt taken care of the entire time. Hair design is very important and there was zero rush in mapping it out. I trusted in Dr. Barton and his expertise to provide me with the best scenario for my specific case and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. My emotions spoke to that after the procedure. Operation time and everything was seamless and professional…TopGun, 90’s music, getting to know the team personally and we had many jokes of course. I was aware of everything the team was doing and there was never a dull moment, ensuring comfort at all times. Hours felt like minutes to be honest and that is not the anaesthesia talking! All completed by Dr. Barton and his staff. Post-operation was very clear and concise that was delivered by the team, as the procedure is only half of the journey and myself the patient, understanding there is work that needs to be done. The detailed self-care manual has been very crucial and hats off (no pun) to the team for creating this. Much appreciated! There are probably things I am missing but WOW what an experience at AlviArmani. Looking forward to the journey with the team and thank you all, deeply, for changing my life. Cheers.

They ask for a non disclosure agreement for a medical procedure (unheard of with reputable clinics). They do this to prevent people posting their scalp pictures and post procedure testimonials. Says all you need to know. Also sort through the lowest reviews on here before deciding to pick this place.

I had my procedure done here a year ago and the results came in great. My hairline looks much better, more full, thick and natural. Nobody can tell I had a hair restoration which is what I wanted. They think its all my own hair!

I had my hair restorative procedure done with none other but the finest in the business, THE AlviArmani team. It wasn’t my 1st procedure either. THAT’s how much trust & confidence I have in them. You are treated with the utmost care & with velvet gloves! I sat with Dr. Baubac & Dr. Bartan & we discussed & went over the procedure details in a non rushed yet timely manner. They listen attentively & instinctively know the best course of action on how to address your concern. Once the game plan is in order, you are kicking back ever so comfortably on the throne with a team of highly qualified specialist's who have such a harmonious camaraderie. You come back to the clinic the next day for a gentle washing & then off you go into the world with a bright & happy disposition. A marking experience that always leaves you feeling 7’ tall leaving that clinic!

I had done extensive research on where to get my hair transplant then I came across alvi armani and Dr. Baubac. I was really impressed with the results and hairlines on their website and immediately made a decision that this is were I want to get my fue procedure. I confirmed a flight to los angles to meet the doctor and talk about my procedure. Doctor Baubac was amazing professional and had a sense of humor. I felt that he had a wealth of knowledge on hair transplants and wasn’t just trying to sell me a product. The day of the transplant he calmed me and let me know step by step everything that was about to happen. The whole staff at alvi Armani was amazing. This is my 8th day of the procedure of it was made simple by the booklet they give you after my hair transplant. Really amazing group of people! Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hair transplant by a highly qualified doctor.

Approximately 7 1/2 months ago I had a restoration procedure along with exesomes and PRP at Alvi Armani. It was a great experience. Having had two prior procedure at other hair restoration clinics, those prior procedures really made me appreciate what a cut above Alvi Armani is both in terms of the overall experience and the results. Not only did Dr. Baubac completely "get" what I wanted aesthetically from the procedure, but he made me feel at ease and confident that he would deliver the results. Equally important was the post-op care I received. The post-op guidance is an important part of the hair restoration experience as well as contributing to the final results. Alvi Armani really shined in this area. Alvi Armani was so far superior to the previous clinics I went to (one of them being a well-known clinic that advertises a tremendous amount), it made me regret not having gone to Alvi Armani earlier. With regards to what ultimately counts, the results, after 7 1/2 months, my hair looks amazing and the results have exceeded my expectation both in terms of density and the overall natural look of the hairline. I can't recommend Alvi Armani enough.

Great experience with Alvi Armani and outstanding results! Dr. Baubac is one of the world’s leading experts in FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) grafting. I wish I had been aware of him much sooner and the incredible advances in hair transplants over the past 20 years or so! I would have come running instead of expending so much energy, time and money on formulas, products and treatments that do not give satisfactory results or fulfill their pledges to make the hair regrow. Destroyed follicles need to be regenerated by implant. Six months out I can now proudly display my healthy head of hair where Dr. Baubac expertly employed all his artistic skills to beautifully frame my face and features. I feel very blessed and do not hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Baubac and his entire pre and post op team.

Would have been 5 if it wasn’t for their post op support. Post procedure support very concerning and disappointing. If you have issues you are on your own. No response to post op email and urgency number and had to seek other doctor support when I had problems. Beyond that, good pre-op support and team made a long procedure easy to handle.

I had a bad experience with a rep from here and decided to do some more digging and just wanted to warn others. Be vary wary of many of these five star reviews. Open many of them up and look at the other reviews those “people” left and you’ll see that there are a ton of people leaving five stars for this place as well the same exact businesses not only in California but also across different states. Very suspect and it looks like an attempt to artificially inflate the positive reviews. Also, I did a reverse image search on the profile pics of many of these reviewers and they came back as stock images! I actually took screen shots and saved them but I can’t post the link here. Go on imgur and search - alvi armani suspicious reviews - to see some of the examples I am talking about.

Words can not declscribe the results, the transformation, the professionalism and demeanor of this clinic. Dr. Baubac changed my life. This is an incredible man. The kindness, humbleness, expertise and compassion this man embodies is unparalleled. The procedure felt like it was being performed by a close friend. I'm seriously not kidding about that. His staff was amazing and friendly. They all tended to my every single need. I spent YEARS doing my hw on this procedure. My results are as though i never had a problem to begin with AT ALL. (4600FUE) When I tell you that he is the best in the world, that's from all of my due diligence and research. If you want your life back, this is the doctor and clinic to go to.

I've had 2 procedures with Dr. Baubac and couldn't recommend it more highly. Dr. Baubac and his entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the entire process from consultation to after care. I am very satisfied with the results. On a personal level, Dr. Baubac truly cares for his patients. His confidence and calm demeanor had me at ease.
