I am a former tenant of this apartment, lived here for 1 year.
Good: Refreshing interiors, latest appliances, beautiful neighborhood, amenities, good connectivity to BART.
Bad: Very thin floors, I used to get complaints almost every week from intolerant downstairs neighbor, this was the primary reason I moved out of here and management did nothing to resolve this issue apart from calling every week and making life miserable. Faulty fire alarm in the building, this was a common occurrence atleast once in a month. Noise from railway track near by.
Overall this was just okay.
