Had an issue with water heater. Was able to get same day service with fair pricing. Sam took time to answer and explain all my questions. Would call again plumbing problems.

Had multiple issues with tub, disposal, and sink drain. They came in and completed all the jobs super quick and efficient, fairly satisfied. They did caulk over a little old moldy caulk and didn’t address the slow tub drain as I mentioned (it was full of hair after tackling it myself). They did seem a little rushed, and were late by an hour.

He came to properly finish what a different company failed to do. He was on time, efficient and did a proper job. Do not expect great customer service as he was very abrupt, ‘Hey, you got an extension cord? ! ’ as he yanked his cord out our socket. Not sure why he didn’t have his own. When he left I had to sweep up my flooded patio, but he cleared the pipe.

I’m not one for leaving bad reviews, but I was not happy with the service done by Aman plumbing. My hot water heater tank was leaking in my condo and they sent out a contractor to come diagnose the problem. I had taken the day off work and they assured me that the contractor would show up between 8am-12pm. I waited for 4 hours and the contractor never showed up or called me during the time frame window. I had to call them and he showed up an hour later. He diagnosed the problem and said I would need to replace the water heater tank. My First American Home Warranty insurance policy covered part of the water heater cost, but the contractor added on an additional out of pocket expense of $850 for modifications and code. They ordered the equipment for me and it came relatively fast within 2 days. On the day of installation, the contractor was supposed to show up between 8am-Noon. I had to call once again because he hadn’t shown up in his time window! When I called to find out where he was, he said he picked up the wrong water heater and would be there soon. He didn't show up until 1: 30pm, an hour and a half later. Yes, he did replace and fix my water heater, but I was not happy with the service and my time was wasted waiting around for them and having to call both times to figure out if they were going to show up.

Came after 5pm to install water heater, appreciate you working late rather than rescheduling

We are in San Diego CA. Please look up this plumber on Yelp to see more reviews, wish we had, repeat offenders! I was also assigned this plumber through my first american home warranty and he did the same thing he's done for other water heater requests where he states it needs to be replaced and then itemizes the report to include modifications ($805) on our gas line, vent hot and cold water lines. I work with contractors in my line of work and immediately recognized that the modification fees were not necessary to replace and install a new water heater. I already have other plumbers that confirmed Aman Plumbing was adding erroneous fees. When I raised concerns with the contractor to give him an opportunity to explain and to update his report he proceeded to tell me he adds modification fees to every water heater he inspects, very strange considering every water heater should not normally need modifications to replace it, especially with the same exact water heater. He also stated my policy needs to just be updated because I reached the policy limit, which my insurance company confirmed was not true, I had not maxed out. I am filing a complaint with my warranty company and hope they will finally remove them from their list of contractors they use on their claims. I am prepared to find a better insurance company as well as it is clear there has been a pattern of this particular issue/concern

I found this company to be unscrupulous. They attempted to charge me $195 for a one foot flex gas line which they acknowledged cost them $10. They tried to charge for "modifications" that were unneeded. I'm not a lawyer so I can't comment on whether their behavior rose to the level of fraud, but if it didn't that's no solace to me.

Aman plumbing was great. Every other plumbing company was short staffed this week and couldn’t get out. Fixed our clog fast and no issues.

Nadji was knowledgeable, efficient, and was able to correct all the issues identified! He was also very pleasant and helpful with answering my questions and explaining what was causing the problems and the fixes he applied. Thank you for an excellent job done! I would highly recommend this company.

Scheduling and getting time confirmations was too challenging. Technicians work, advise, and promptness were good once here. Good help, needs better admin

I received the same type of service everyone else seems to have. My home warranty sent them to my house to repair a tub flow valve. I told them what was needed but they tried to do a different repair then agreed that the original request I made is the repair needed. Not sure if this is their own incompetence or them trying to take advantage and get paid for additional work. The NEVER respond to calls or texts to try and complete the work. They claim parts need to be ordered but another plumber is now doing the work next day. Parker Plumbing is my very high recommendation. So glad I'm switching to him now.

Terrible service. Came to my house and fixed something that wasn’t broken. I had to do a recall of the service. Guy came to my house on the recall to fix the original problem. Made me take the day off just to come to say he couldn’t fix it same day. Made my wife take the following Monday off so he can come for repairs and never showed up or called to reschedule. This company is very unprofessional I wouldn’t use them if my life depended on it.

Salon Aman plumbing was excellent. They communicated very well, gave me excellent service and a good price. They also helped me get information to my homeowners insurance. They were patient too! I really appreciate these guys. I would highly recommend them.

They we prompt and respectful. The fixed my leaking draining pipe in two visits. They did a great job and the cost was reasonable for the work they did. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Salim quickly assessed the plumbing situation in our laundry room and gave me a very clear solution. He did an efficient and wonderful job of replacing and repairing our washer hoses and valves just a few days later.
