BEWARE! Ordered online and got the confirmation to pickup. Got to the store and no one was there! Seemed like it’s been closed for awhile? The company needs to delete this location from their website!
Called the number and no one picked up! Hoping to get a refund but highly doubt it

Placed a pickup order but waited for 30+ mins outside without seeing anyone working on the order! The restaurant seemed to be closed but they definitely accepted our order and kept delaying the “ready for pickup time” over and over again! Turns out to be completely wasting our time!
Called their number sooo many times and no one answered, so why accepting the order? !

I've just ordered matcha cheesecake and caramel black tea crepe cake. Everything arrived as expected. I like everything!

I am waiting for my order she said 10 minutes, I went after 10 minutes she said 10-15 minutes again. She told me to don’t ring the bell so sad to wait for 45 minutes.

Ordered on ordering app but they did not make the ice cream. They told me I need to “cancel” it on the app and pay them via venmo, and said they cannot receive the money. When I called the ordering app they said I need to contact the merchant and bank to dispute. Very unprofessional. Essentially stole my money and lied to my face. Stay away!
