AMAZING FACE Medi-Spa, Thousand Oaks CA

ABSOLUTELY LOVED my experience at Amazing Face! The staff was very warm and welcoming which helped calm my nerves, they also offer complimentary beverages upon arrival which I thought was very thoughtful and considerate. As for my service, my lip filler experience was great- minimal pain and they gave my lips a beautiful, natural shape with volume that complimented my lips natural shape! Overall, I’m absolutely pleased with the work here at Amazing Face, will definitely be a regular!:)

Darlyn Lopez is the best! I highly recommend her and her team. I have a history of acne which has resulted in scarring. Darlyn has done microneedling PRP which has significantly helped with some of the scarring. I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure thanks to Darlyn and was in love how my skin looked after. I recently did Aerolase laser treatment to treat stubborn cheek acne with Amanda! I have received so many compliments from my family who were impressed at what a difference one treatment made! I am thankful for the amazing staff at Amazing Face!

Amazing Face Medi-spa made me feel like a queen for my wedding. Got microneedling and PRP facial done and saw significant improvement in skin texture. My cheeks especially had large pores and uneven texture that had smoothen after just one treatment. Also got Botox on my forehead that looks super natural, which is what I wanted for my wedding photos. The staff were so accommodating and made me feel at ease, especially since it was my very first time.

I love this place! I got Xeomin and hand filler and absolutely love the results. Both Amanda and Darlyn are so knowledgeable and are very honest and open. I highly recommend this place.

Truly the best! It was my first time and everyone was so welcoming and friendly, I felt very educated on what I was doing and Darlyn was so sweet! She definitely made sure I left pleased and she explained the entire process to me. I would definitely recommend to my friends and anyone reading these reviews! Cute salon! Darlyn injected Xeomin to my forehead area a couple weeks ago and I love the results. She’s obviously very skilled. She also did ultherapy to mouth area and I see some improvement already. Looking forward to seeing the progression as it takes some time to develop after treatment. Definitely recommend going to see her.

I had my Botox treatments here, Darlene hit the right spot. My lines are gone on my forehead. I’ll be back for more treatment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Cancels your appointment two hours before when they have a cancellation policy for clients of 48 hours.
I had a baby and had to wait to get 5 laser hair removal sessions until after I had my child. I was even charged more for each session because of what I wanted (‘Brazilian’ but total hair removal they call it a ‘Hollywood’ so they charge more). When I looked on the website to book my appointment, it showed availability for the next day. I decided to call to take that appointment time because of my booking situation and they texted me in response with availability two weeks later. They then canceled on me two hours before my appointment after waiting two weeks for it. They wouldn’t reschedule my appointment or respond when I then asked for a refund of my 5 remaining sessions. They have yet to contact me and I have contacted my lawyer about what to do next.

I recently visited this clinic and was very pleased with my experience. The facility was conveniently located with ample parking, and the clinic itself was gorgeous and very clean. The front staff, Jess, was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made me feel at ease right away.

The machines they use in the clinic are top-notch!
During my visit, I had PDO threads done by the amazing esthetician Darlyn, she was highly skilled, knowledgeable and precise, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone seeking exceptional care. I can't wait to return!

I found this place through Groupon, thinking that it would be a good place due to all of the 5 star reviews, however I didn’t get the five star star service I was hoping for. If I could give it a negative star I would for the loss of gas in my tank and my time. When I arrived I was greeted by snarky receptionist and was told which room to go in. In the room it was very basic which is okay, every place is different. Here is where everything turns. There were no towels offered and I was told to just lay on the bed. When I asked for towels to take off my turtle neck she looked at me like I was crazy and told me this was a “facial as in your face”. When I tried to explain that this wasn’t my first facial and typically they add neck and collar bone area. She told me that it “simply couldn’t be done unless I wanted to pay $50 more for neck and again for collar bone” I got up and asked for my money back. The receptionist who took my money rudely told me that they can not give me my money back. After lost time and negotiations I finally got my money back. Sad this 5 star business isn’t truly a 5 star service and have to advise their business on Groupon to give them a ripped off facial. Save your money and gas and go elsewhere!

Darlyn Lopez is always very attentive to my needs for healthier skin and effectively addresses all my concerns. Her treatments have proven to work well as my age spots are fading and under control. Other skin issues are being address and good results are following. Thanks Darlyn, I appreciate your care and guidance to help me look and feel better.

I’ve been going to this place to get my B12 & Lipotropic shots to help jumpstart my metabolism. Being in my mid-40’s it’s been hard trying to lose the extra pounds that I’ve accumulated over the years. So far, I’m down 5 lbs after 2 shots.

Nurse Darlyn and her medical assistant are extremely nice and professional. They are also very knowledgeable. I’ve asked about other services/products and Nurse Darlyn explained it very well. I highly recommend this place!
