False time advertisement. Horrible lashes. Never going back there. Showed them pictures of what I wanted exactly but gave me a whole different look. I have more hair on my eyebrows than these lashes. I’m very upset with how they came out. Money thrown away.

I came in for a lash lift and lash/eyebrow tint. Their studio is clean, professional, and experienced! Cynthia and Maria were incredible! Love my lashes and feel like I’ve put mascara on even though I’m a clean canvas kind of gal! Thanks so much for making my eyes truly stand out!

I get a lash lift and tint here every month and a half and I love it! I’ve seen multiple stylists and their work is all amazing. The front desk is also super nice and helpful. If you want the look of extensions but are allergic to adhesives this is a great alternative! I will definitely keep coming back:)

Had an allergic reaction to their product they use that removes lashes. When I tried to call to find out what it was, no one all of a sudden answered the phone. Tried calling multiple times.

This place has really gone downhill. Susie and Maria are wonderful technicians but the problem is with management and the people working at the front desk (or lack of people would be more accurate). The pandemic has made it hard for many businesses, I understand that however the people they are hiring are not trained well. Everything has to go through the owner for decisions to be made and she is always offsite. Sometimes there isn't anyone working who can take a payment so they want to check you our ahead of time and leave gratuity a day before your service etc. If they have to "pull a credit" for a service before your billing date it is complicated and I've been overcharged many times.

My latest pet peeve and the main reason I stopped going here is that they no longer do mini fills and they have become very strict that you must have a fill within 3 weeks or you need to pay for a full set. If you are 1 day over the 3 weeks they will charge you for a full set regardless of how many lashes you lost. My technician even said I only needed a fill and it took her 35 minutes to get the look I wanted not the full set time which is 90 minutes. I've purchased all of their products and do an excellent job retaining lashes and prefer to have a fill every 3 to 3.5 weeks so I have to go to the Del Mar location instead.

The Del Mar location is much friendlier and accommodating. Their service is based on how many lashes you have left and not an arbitrary rule that only benefits the owner trying to make an extra buck.

I have been going to Amazing Lash studios for couple years now and recently I have been working with Jazmine and she has been incredible. She is super sweet and caring in addition to applying my lash extensions very gentle and long lasting.
She gives me exactly the natural look I want with my extensions. I definitely recommend Jazmine and her work.

Michelle V is super quick and does great work. I love my lashes and having them done every couple of weeks is huge time saver for someone like me who has sparse natural lashes.
