Amazing Lash Studio, Fair Oaks CA

If I could give this 0 star I would. I mistakenly booked an appointment in Fair Oaks Sunrise blvd instead of Fair Oaks Sacramento.they said if I cancel the appointment they will charge me 50% of the fee. Therefore, I drove 30 mins & paid $99.99 to get my lashes done for my date night. Unfortunately, the artist didnt do a good job and she confessed to me that she is not a classic stylist- she can't guarantee how long the lashes will stay. The front desk lady was really disrespectful and dishonest and didn't want to hear customer’s view at all. The extension lashes started falling off in second day and they didnt take responsibility to fix it as well.
No refunds no respect! Low work quality.
Do yourself a favor, Never go here!

I treated my girlfriend to a full lash treatment for an early Christmas gift. These are her experiences, not mine: "Felt cold inside, wasn't thorough with the experience, vibe was off putting, felt like the value to price wasn't there. " Although she had good feelings towards them going into the appointment. Her lashes were very pretty after the appointment, in my opinion. The lashes barely lasted 1.5 weeks before she noticed a severe change in quantity after following all recommendations and using all products.

Vanessa was super friendly and she gave me gorgeous lashes! Just what I wanted! There was a lash that got stuck to the bottom of my eyelash and she fixed it right away.already booked my next session with her in 2 weeks!

Abby was my Technician today and she was wonderful both in her SKILL to do amazing Work and her ease in doing it; she was seriously talented and made me feel comfortable while doing it! I booked my next appointment specifically with her and will continue to do so! Thank you

Lindsay was very kind, took the time to understand what I wanted and executed perfectly. I was also extremely comfortable during service. When I opened my eyes I didn’t even get the usual irritability from misplaced glue.

Lindsay always take care of me. Not only is she personable, but she strives for perfection.

Carlie does a wonderful job making my lashes look perfect. My eyes look so much sexier after she's done with me!
She is a perfectionists, she is my number one stylist!

Kanisha is very professional and super nice. She explained everything about membership. I love Audrey, she did a great job on my lashes! I love them. I definitely will return, already have my next appointment booked.

I only schedule for Taylor. My lashes always look amazing and she is always so nice and professional.

My lashes lasted 1 week. I’m definitely not going back here. I don’t wear makeup, I clean and brush my lashes. The glue was awful.

The girl is very attentive, the place is very clean, but with my experience, what do I have of these places, it is expensive, I will not return

Have had some issues. When I asked them to freeze my account because I was having surgery and a long recovery time, they still charged me every month. I was very unhappy about that. Seems like a high turnover of staff. Miss some of the girls I had before.

They put them on the inside of my eyelids and they were poking my eyes made me feel like I have straw in my eyes was not happy with the tech went back so I Master Tech she still didn't fix it and I'm still stuck with the same ugly fake looking eyelashes
