Amazon Fulfillment Center, Patterson CA

We all work like sardines during Covid-19.need to improve social distancing and penalize employees who violate it. I have to watching my back because other employees or supervisors surprise you at any moment and they walk right up to you.its a hazard that can be improved and Amazon should feel privileged they where not shut down during this pandemic.they still sell many items that are not essential, Amazon is not proactive but reactive, very unsafe for working under a pandemic

Product never shipped and Amazon customer service tells me I cannot do anything until the 20th. A UPS label was issued but UPS never received the package. Amazon says it was given to the carrier and UPS says no it was not. It was supposed to arrive on the 16th.

Just make sure to have your appt # beforehand when coming. Also, warehouse does not open till 7am.

They are pretty fast sometimes depending on who's working the gate. Other times they take their sweet time and talk amongst each other laughing and giggling and making jokes before they take care of the drivers.

Please do background checks on you delivery people! They are opening our packages to see what’s inside. Third time. Like we aren’t going to notice it’s been opened.

Had a 12pm appointment and I arrived at 9am. They said no dock was open and to leave my number and wait for a call it’s 3pm and still waiting for a call. Try to avoid delivering here if possible.

Only had to go there because of work. Stay away from the rude employees. Sat at the gate for 20 min and they still gave me attitude. Dont like your job, quit!

Wish I can put no stars. Appointment 11am check in 10am told to give your phone # to guard they call u for dock. Sat at pilot got called 1pm drop trailer can't park in property, Bob tail to pilot across street it's 3: 30 pm on Sunday still waiting for empty call.

The place is full of young people, pay is ok, the bad thing is they forget the safety, they want always most and most of you, it doesn't matter if you work harder, never is enough, we have to move big and heavy stuff. You never stop even for drink water.

I love working here the environment is great I only gave 4 stars because I know we can do better I. Some parts.this company is really growing on me

The employees there have bad attitude they want to chase the driver out the minute the driver hook up to the trailer they need to change your damn attitude the only good thing they have a new Flying J truck stop close by.

This place is terrible! Employee service attitude is very bad! It's an amazon shame! I hate it! This is the worst amazon I've ever had!

91 degrees out side. Long time to unload.
No cold drinking water here. Soda machine doesn't take bills.this place sucks

Very clean facility. Over 1million square feet packed with friendly people and innovative technology.

One of the worst places to do a delivery, first you have to wait in line for half an hour before guard shack, then they tell you to go back to truck stop and wait till they call you to come back, and that's when I showed up on time for my appointment, can't even imagine what they to drivers who is late for delivery

Don't get high hopes working here if you do good for you pay is decent but working conditions are horrible.if you don't mind pushing your body to your limits. This place is just like a sweat shop.
