Amazon Hub Locker+ (Irvine)

Bald guy, maybe a manager, was rude when redirecting me to the kiosk. I don’t have to shop at amazon or use this hub so I’ll be reconsidering where I spend my money because of this negative interaction.

Place is great! However, I went to return a couple of items at 8 PM and they were closed which made me upset. They usually close at 9 PM, I'm sure it's due to COVID.

I'm standing outside of the location at 8: 38am after being told by an employee that they are closed so some workers can put plastic advertising for Trident gum on the lockers. Seriously? ! They opened at 8am and no employee came to talk to the 7 customers waiting outside until I personally had to keep banging on the glass to get him to come to the door and address everyone

I use this location mainly to return items. The drop box window is convenient and has packing station if needed. 4 stars because one time I had to stand in line to return a larger package and was offered lotion D:

So don't wait about return label, just go and take print out.

Called about an item they charged and then retracted it on my cc. Then, they waited until 8 business days to ship, and recharged the item. It was supposed to be free shipping 5-8 days. Now, I’m not receiving the item until ANOTHER 5-8 business days.

They also charge multiple items, and they have not arrived. I tracked shipping, but it does not have much information, if any, on all the items.

Customer Service is redundant. They don’t solve your problem, they just read off a script and expect you to be okay with their rebuttal. They don’t offer any accommodations for their negligence. Instead, they threaten to cancel your order when you’ve been waiting longer than you should for all your orders.

The customer service agents were very nice. However, they scanned my package that I was returning and then my package was never seen from again. Luckily, I'd taken a photo of the package and received the email saying they scanned my package because Amazon says the package was lost. After a few weeks, I contacted Amazon, and they refunded me at that time, but it took talking to a couple agents to be able to do that.

Super convenient for pickup and returns with smart kiosks: put in the pickup code, and the rep will call your name as soon as they located it in the back storage a brought to the front. Friendly and courteous customer assistants.

Initially we thought this was just a kiosk locker but we were surprised to find out it was actually an Amazon hub by itself with an Amazon staff on site. Very clean, organize, easy to find. Find parking near Dunkin Donut or In & Out. It is located right next to the Dunkin Donut shop. The staff was helpful. There are plenty of lockers.

We were there to return an item. We had the envelope labeled and ready to go. We were trying to scan the bar code to have a locker open but was told by the staff that we can just drop off the package at the mailbox.

Amazon Hub is just as advertised and very simple especially if you live in an apartment complex with nosey, sticky fingered neighbors. The PROBLEM is, PARKING. 1130AM on a Monday and you were fighting for spots like it was the Super Bowl. Legit took 15 minutes to find a place to park and it was a couple football fields away. Thats the only reason I'll look for an alternate 'hub' in the future.

It's super convenient to be able to pick up my Amazon packages any time of the day without worrying about package theft.

Super simple to pick up packages here. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out. This is a great option to have my packages delivered if I am having something valuable sent that I don't want left on my front porch.

You can pick up your orders or drop them off for returns.
Parking is available for no charge. This is right next to the dunkin donuts store.

Intersting, was my first time there, kind of the future in shopping and package pick up amd located in a fairly busy and safe area with lots of shopping and a variety of restaurants.

I found this place accidentally in Irvine. That saved me lots of time, effort and money. Good place to send back articles to Amazon. The area is super nice by the way.
