Dropped off 2 items for return June 29 at UPS. For 2 days I have been talking to somewhere in the world wanting my refund. 10 days now. All I get are 1/2 hour phone conversations with people that speak terrible English. One day a guy tells me one thing and the next day a girl tells me another. They lie.
