Absolutely and utterly disappointed. I will never, ever go back to this place. Due to their own, foundational mistake my passport did not arrive on time and had to cancel the trip we have been planning essentially all year. To top it all off, they shrugged their shoulders when I complained and did not even once said they were sorry or offered any compensation for their terrible service and what is resulted. Over the past few years I have sent them 4-5 referrals but will never do it again. Avoid them at all cost.

Very glad I went to them. Everyone was very professional and willing to help, got my passport right before my trip. Called them a few times to get updates and they were more than helpful!
When my passport got approved they took the time to call me. 100% would recommend!

This agency helped me renew my passport much quicker than I expected during the pandemic. Good customer service, and lots of helpful info for my application process. I am glad I found them.

5 star service. They helped me get a rush business visa to South Korea, which is somewhat of a miracle during the pandemic. The staff at Ambassador went above and beyond to get this done.

A bit expensive but you must pay for the best. They get it done fast. Lada is awesome. Highly recommend them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Terrible costumer service. They promised me I would receive my passport in two to three weeks, four at the most. After 7 weeks I finally received my passport. I payed a lot of money to get my passport expedited and there was no work done on their part in doing so. I payed hundreds of dollars for nothing. I even had to deliver the passport through ups myself and was again charged extra for that. When I called to ask I was very rudely dismissed and got hung up on. I got no refund and was not given any explanation.

I apply us passport for my baby with $380 within 4 days and it’s already 8 days passed still I didn’t receive it. When I called a lady said that they don’t care. I am so disappointed for getting service and pay for extra $380 for no reason because my flight is already passed. So unprofessional and bad communication lady that who responded a phone.

I am so glad I found this service. I tried to take care of a business visa application to China on my own, but quickly learned that I didn’t have the time or the expertise to figure this process. THE WORST, GYPSY LYING THIEVES, LONG WAIT TIMES ON THE PHONE, ON HOLD 30 MIN, TRANSFER OVER AND OVER, SCREWED UP MY INDIA VISA TILL FLIGHT DAY, SUPER EXPENSIVE STAY AWAY!

We needed assistance in obtaining some visas quickly for a business trip that had been moved on meeting times. Everyone I called said they couldn't do it within the time I needed, but when I spoke with Ambassador Passport and Visa Services, Inc, they said they could, and they DID!

Not only did they keep my company informed of the progress, they made sure everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them!

We planned on visiting saudi arabia, to see our family and they gave a better service than we expected. They gave our passports with visas back before they promised.

My advice to everyone is before going to the ambassador visa office check the required document list online to wherever you are going.

Terrible place. I lost $800 because they promised me a deadline and failed to make it. The ladies there will tell you that they will call you back and never do. I recommend going elsewhere. Don't trust these people with you passport or visa. They want your money and that is it.

They made getting a passport very easy and even though it's expensive it was worth not waiting in a giant passport line at the post office
