Such a lovely and relaxing facility. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. Dr. Serr is kind, respectful, educational and she took her time with me. I’m so glad that I found this place!

If Cheryl Serr was the last physician on Earth, I would still rather deliver my own baby. Her bedside manner and post-natal care are both abhorrent.

I being seen Dr. Serr for almost 10 years and she always being honest, straight to the point, takes her time to explain things, give you options and cares about your health. Thanks to her and my annual appointment discover my breast cancer in 2019. Let me tell you my world paralyze and was so scary for me and my family. She talked to me and my family and explained the process so well that we were able to understand everything I'm so grateful for everything!

Past 1 year I left many voice mails with this office and never received a call back. Most of them were regarding appointments and test results. But the last voice mail I left was couple days after I was discharged from Mercy. I was suffering from bad cramps during my 2nd trimester. It wasn't an emergency since they ruled out that I was not in a preterm labor. I called and cried for help and they still didn't return my phone call. Later that day my husband called when I became so sick and couldn't get out of the bed and he could get some instructions to ease my pain.
Once they sent me to other doctor's office a day after faxing a referral. When I got there I found out that the referral never came in. I waited at that doctor's office for 30 mins calling 3 times and it all went to voicemails. Of course, they didn't call back. I left the doctor's office without any outcome.
They also didn't check that my prenatal blood test results never came in. They found out about it 3 months later when I asked about something else.
There were 2 other lab tests the NP needed to follow up with me. She told me she would call me when test results come in. She never did. Both times I just assumed no news is a good news.

Staff was hurried, Dr. Wiley was hurried. I left feeling very much like a number. Even though I stated clearly that we were interested in children and I don't want to take birth control, she repeatedly suggested I take birth control as my only option. Insensitive in the least, offensive in the most. I didn't bother to bring up other health concerns.

I love Dr. Serr and all her staff. She delivered my twins 11 years ago and I saw her for all my prenatal care and for my annual screenings as well. When I began having issues with extremely painful cramping and heavy bleeding we discussed different options for relief so I could get back to living my life without interruption. I opted for an ablation along with a tubal ligation and I am so happy that I did. I have my life back, cramping and bleeding are almost nonexistent and I don't have to worry about bleeding through my to my clothes any more. Best decision I ever made.

Dr. Serr has been my doctor for years for my annual exams as well as a few surgeries. She is fantastic! She is very informative and answers all your questions. The staff is so friendly, it feels more like visiting a friends home instead of a doctors office. Now that my daughter is old enough to be seen I am completely confident taking her to see Dr. Serr!

They were kind, walked me through everything, and warm. For something that can be invasive, I felt safe.

I have been going here for 11 years since I was 17 years old to now after having 3 children. Dr. Serr and Cheryl Wiley are amazing! Could not ask for better providers for women's health.

Having to leave a poor review is very heartbreaking because I never would have imagined my experience to be anything close to what I had went through. The first experience was an annual pap as a new patient. The doctor had horrible bedside manners and was very agressive using her tools. I clearly was very uncomfortable as it was expressed in my language and body language. I left crying and wanted to desperately find a new OB. I had scheduled a second appointment for a cyst removal and again, the doctor was extremely abrasive, agressive, had horrible bedside manner and did the proceedure abnormally quick without any after care or scheduled follow up. The cyst came back within a month. I requested to have the practitioner instead and explained my horrible experience. She sympathized saying the doctor had bronchitis that day. Why is she doing proceedures with bronchitis? I ended up doing one check up with the practitioner and I decided to not return.ever. There was one lady who was extremely nice who worked the front desk. She was older than the other front desk women and was extremely kind and understanding. She is the ONLY reason I have a star, otherwise, if I could it would be zero. With that, thank you to the lady in the front office whom was very professional, kind, and understanding. The newer lady who also took payments with black hair, she was also very kind and also comforting. Best of luck to new patients.
