They are the best Florist in town, no question about it! They are prompt, professional and do such a beautiful job in creating lovely floral arrangements. Katie and her staff are so helpful and kind to work with. I recommend everyone to Ambience!

Unbelievable, apparently they don't need clients.
I wanted to buy 4 corsages and I was turned down, the lady asked what I needed and I told her I wanted 4 corsages and she said she doesn't have time for corsages.
I have been buying from you for the past 3 years so I guess you don't need loyal customers.
Taking my money somewhere else.
Humble yourself a little bit, there will be times you will praying to have more customers.

I got this bouquet as a gift and it was absolutely beautiful. The best thing was it lasted 2 whole weeks! I could definitely tell the flowers were fresh. I will be going here for any future needs

I placed an order with Katie Edwards and her Team for a sympathy arrangement, via email. They failed to delver and communicate this to me. Three days later when I called to find out what happened, they said that “the team” decided they could not help me…What? ! I asked for the owner and of course she was not in today or tomorrow, perhaps ever. I am just stunned with the unprofessionalism and sheer disregard for common courtesy. Something is fundamentally dysfunctional here… My next contact is the BBB and so forth…

Katie took such great care of my order for me! Not only was the arrangement absolutely STUNNING, ordering with Ambience was so easy and quick! My cousin in law was so excited to receive such beautiful flowers after her engagement! I just asked for a designers choice and they absolutely killed it! So happy!:)

Hard to believe this place could get better, but the new location at the new Nugget center in Roseville is over the top! Went in for the grand opening today and was blown away with the variety, friendliness of the staff and the amount of amazing plants and gifts to choose from! Closer to my home and my wife’s favorite place. I’m in luck! They did our wedding years ago, and people still talk about how beautiful it was. Thank you to the staff here for always having my back for flowers and gifts!

After googling high and low for a good Roseville florist, I stumbled upon Ambience Floral design. I clicked around and liked what I saw, so I gave them a call to order some flowers for my mom. The call was answered by Katie, who took every request I had (even the unreasonable ones) and made them happen. I'm truly blown away with the service she gave. The flowers were better than promised. The website says they've won some awards, and it's clear to me why. Since that experience, I've bought flowers several times, and I'll continue doing so.

Called for a bouquet the person seemed nice at first, then was very rude and hung up the phone… I will never use this florist again.apparently they don’t need any new business until all of the weddings wrap up. Maybe they will be humble when things slow down. Worst experience ever!

Ambience does a beautiful job making arrangements that my mother loves! As someone who doesn't herself know anything about flowers, I appreciate how they take my non-flower-speak input (like, "my mom loves these colors") and turn it into beautiful arrangement.

Your team was spot on with the style and color pallet we requested and despite the sad occasion people were stunned by how gougeous the flowers were and how well the arrangement was crafted. Katie and the Ambience Floral team are awesome! They made a 75 rose arrangement for my mother's 75 birthday and insisted on delivering it for me on her birthday. The arrangement was beautiful and my mother was shocked when they arrived. The customer service is outstanding and the staff is very friendly and welcomes all. Go check them out!

I placed a last minute flower delivery from Ambience for Valentines Day for myself and my daughters in Rocklin. The arrangement was gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. The flowers were so fragrant they filled my home with their lovely scent. They also lasted a solid week and then began to wilt, I simply removed the ones wilting giving the arrangement another week. They were gorgeous and I have since ordered another arrangement for my home. There is something special about fresh, fragrant flowers and Ambience has it dialed in to aesthetics and fragrance.
