12 The IMAX with recliner seats was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.
Great movie experience
Plaza Bonita is PERFECT! Great clean Theater, amazing sound, comfortable seats, nice staff, very quick and effecient, it takes me literally SECONDS to go through the line! Highly recommend. This is my new favorite theater!
It's only one of two AMCs in San Diego to have IMAX and the Dolby theaters. It's a great back up when Mission Valley is sold out and is a newer building!
I just saw the movie Dune in Dolby.
And it was one of the best experiences I've had in my life.
I've also read the trilogy so it's a great recreation.
I took my son to see Venom. I still prefer the recliners. Chula Vista was full so we had to go here.
Location is everything, easy to find, clean, handicap parking, restrooms clean. Personal were friendly. Quiite during movie.
I appreciate that the theaters are uncrowded and in good shape (well maintained). The staff here has always been helpful and courteous.
I never understood why the management had the snack bar set up so that you'd almost always wait a minimum of 15 minutes before you could order, but the smaller crowds these days means that's not much of an issue. (And you can order in advance when you buy your tickets.)
The experince was good. All was clean. We went to an early matinee. Lots of choice for seats. Very nice experience. Since not able to see a movie for iver a year
I went to see no time to die with my son in Dolby cinema and it was amazing the amc was clean and I had a fun time with my son
Central location with some nice eateries on the way in or out. Various screen options, friendly staff. Member benefits are cool. My family loves AMC.
Service is exceptional here. I find myself surprised to say that about a movie theater, but the staff are really friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the reclining seats. Variety and quality of concessions was great. This was the first time I had a really good cup of coffee from a theater concession. Thank you.
