Whenever I had to deal with my account, the girls were always extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I preferred to visit this particular branch during my work hours instead of going to the other one where I was just treated like a mere number and not a valued member. The girls at this branch treated me with the utmost care and made me feel like a part of their family. I highly recommend this branch to anyone in the LAX area.
