American Airlines Flagship Lounge reviews
19LAX Flagship lounge handles the volume well with a friendly staff and multiple, clean showers available for use.
This lounge is located in terminal 4 at LAX just after security. You enter in the first floor and you must saw your ID and boarding pass. If entitled to the flagship lounge you are given a special black pass which after the elevator ride upstairs you turn it in. To the left is flagship to the right is admirals club. When you enter you have staff on your left at flagship which can help with any flights changes boarding passes etc.on the right is a champagne station. Inside the food options are large however not always my faves. The beer wine and beverage selections are awesome and vast. I like that I can get a bottle of water to go instead of paying crazy money. I don’t abuse it and on one should! When busy the clean up lags and sometimes I’m sitting at an area that needs cleaning. I do like this lounge overall
Quiet and comfortable.
Good food and champagne.
Another experience compared to the admirals club
Outstanding lounge experience, waited 4hrs before a flight and was very relaxing and comfortable with great food and drink options.
This is my favorite American Flagship lounge. The food is good quality and atmosphere nice. The space is not too large so it can get crowded at popular times, but I've always been able to find at least somewhere to sit. Compared to the rest of American's flagship lounges I've tried this is far better. Note that like the other American Flagship lounges there is no attended bar despite it being listed as a feature, there is only self serve.
Nothing unique or special compared to other airlines lounges in their mother country. The service was great. The food was not so good. Very limited kinds served for breakfast.

I went to the flagship lounge using AA for the first time in a while.
The lounge has a wide selection of delicious and satisfying meals.
There is also a bagel station where you can tell your favorite toppings and it will be beautifully arranged and served to you.
They have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, so it's perfect for alcohol lovers.
Excellent lounge. Well spaced out and good healthy food options. Lots of drink options as well, including a make your own Bloody Mary bar.
I've been here three or four times and during my most recent visit I was there for breakfast and I was impressed by the array of food choices available. This is a spacious and well illuminated lounge, comfortable for dining or for work. The coffee machine made great coffee as well.
The flagship lounge is American Airlines' elite offering for its most premier passengers and top tier Oneworld status members. Located airside at T4, which is AA home at LAX with access directly from the crowded terminal and a floor above. The main reception is that for both the flagship and admirals lounge. There are multiple AA Flagship lounges at major hubs of the airline, including Chicago, Dallas, and Miami.
The lounge makes use of the high cielings and natural light with an overall well lied at setup. There is all services expected at this level of lounges, with staff around for assistance as needed, although some didn't seem as refined as expected at this level. There is a reserved quiet and conference area, a dedicated table dining area dubbed the flagship dining room, which unfortunately closed at the time of my visit. The main hall has comfortable funtional seating with an open buffett with hot dishes and snacks and beverages. Surely you won't go hungry here.
The selected meal items were very good and coupled with the open feel of the lounge and great views to the busy tarmac made for a very pleasant stay. A world away from the hustle and bustle of the terminal itself. A must visit as access allows.
Located in T4, this is a long poorly-signposted schlep from Terminal B where international travelers normally check in. Bizarrely it has two reception areas, one after the other. Once you're in, the place is comfortable enough, the staff friendly and the food decent. But if you're flying out of TB then it's a long schlep from this lounge back to your gate.
Likely the best lounge at LAX, top notch service and amenities. Everything is nicely spread out and access somewhat limited to business class or oneworld elite status. Premium spirits (self-serve bar) and some canned to go options (red bull, sodas, etc.)
After a long wait at customs and waking up at 10 p.m, I still enjoyed it at Admirals Club.
A fresh fancy design, beautiful showers and excellent customer service. It’s smaller than I imagined but with a lovely vibe and great view.
The food selection let me down, especially in comparison to the Qantas One World lounge which has many more options.
The quality of the food was great, just not a varied selection of items unfortunately.
The showers are a standout and I was very grateful to have the opportunity to enjoy one before a long flight. They are exceptionally clean, bright and comfortable.
If you get a chance to experience this lounge, enjoy!
The New American Airlines Flagship Lounges have set a new level of quality. Peaceful, spacious, elegant, and food of the best quality.
Personal space, buffet dining, good selections of food and drinks. It’s a bit of a find as you need to locate gate 43 at Terminal 4. If you are on international and on AA, this is your lounge. If you are on other airlines, it’s over at TBIT side (gate 150 and above) a 5mins walk takes you to your gate
Very mediocre lounge, was there for 1h20, almost no hot food available, they didn't restock. Staff seems to be not bothered and carry on with their life conversation between themselves. Shower experience was good. But this is nowhere near of the United Polaris lounge. (At least the one at SFO)
This lounge provides excellent foods and service. I totally enjoyed my time here while waiting for my connectting flight to Tokyo
This is a lounge where you can enjoy buffet style food. There are about 10 types, including desserts, and they are all quite delicious. The soup was also decent and delicious.
There was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and the wines were all delicious.
