Absolutely terrible attitude at this place, from the flying experience to the dining standards and the professionalism of the staff. When we asked a staff member in one terminal about the location of the business class lounge, they directed us to another lounge which needs to use the shuttle. Upon arrival, the front desk staff there denied us access, stating we didn't meet the requirements.

We explained we followed the guidance of the AA staff in the previous terminal. Instead of finding a solution, the front desk person displayed a condescending and mean attitude, even emphasizing that we weren't AA members. Such a poor attitude. Now, we have no interest in becoming your members. I won't waste my time.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with American Airlines that has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I feel compelled to share my experience and caution potential passengers about the subpar service provided by this airline.

My grievance stems from the gross mismanagement and lack of transparency during my recent flight with American Airlines. Despite my ticket clearly stating Gate 52G, there was no mention of the passengers having to take a bus from the gate to the airplane. This lack of information caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

To my dismay, upon reaching Gate 52G, I found out that the bus had already departed without any notification or announcement. The airline staff informed me that there were no additional buses available for the next 20 minutes, leaving me with a mere one minute left before the boarding process was set to commence. The entire situation was incredibly stressful and disrespectful of passengers' time and well-being.

American Airlines' failure to communicate these crucial details and their inability to provide a timely solution only exacerbated the situation further. Being told to wait and keep my fingers crossed for the next bus while risking the possibility of missing my flight was unacceptable and unprofessional.

This experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and as a result, I vow never to fly with American Airlines again. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and indifferent attitude towards passenger satisfaction have convinced me that this airline does not prioritize the comfort and convenience of its customers.

I strongly advise potential passengers to reconsider choosing American Airlines for their travel needs. The neglectful approach towards providing adequate information and addressing passengers' concerns is indicative of the overall subpar service provided by this airline.

In conclusion, my experience with American Airlines was exceptionally disappointing and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale and encourages the airline to take steps to improve their customer service and communication practices.

American Airline never fails to dispoint, besides delays or having canceled flights. What makes it worse is having supervisors not knowing basic customer skills, and if you try to correct their behavior, they get very defensive. Lucho operating flight 1919 from LAX Terminal 5 should not be a supervisor. I will never fly American Airline

Watch out for Mayomi! No customer service and closes the doors early when she knows you’re rushing to connect. American is Un-American!

My wife was stuck in New York. American Airlines put in a hotel overnight and gave her another ticket the next day and voucher for food. Taxi

Never fly with this airlines again! Staff is rude I’m canceling both my credit cards with them as well. I’m done giving my money to a company with rude culture!

Awful. Delayed because they can’t cool the plane. It’s 75 degrees outside…but nice try putting it back on the passengers and berating old people for boarding slowly. Amateurs.

American airlines in-person check-in was quick for a Sunday evening at 9pm. Definitely friendly guest experience and security check. Tsa precheck was only a few seconds. It is definitely faster than general security. Clean terminal.

What a pain in the butt to pick up a friend at the airport. I'm not sure what the issue was but it took WAY too long to make one loop around there I know I know construction but at some point they will have to be done restructuring the place

Literally the worst airline of all. Delays and cancellations without any type of compensation. Avoid and fly with a different airline whenever you have an option.
