I decided to call AMERICAN ALARM very fast response, sales person came in and explained how they work and the charges. Installation was done in a timely manner, clean install no trash left around. Had a small problem in the beginning and they handled it right away. Price and monitoring is very good too.

Worked with them for many years and the employees seem to stay for a long time which tells me it is a well run company. No hesitation in recommending them.

a system with over 25 sensors. Over the Past 20 years they have been able to keep my up and system running. It's Service Department is top notch and retains its employees. The Tech person who took over the system in 2001 is the same person, who I requested, that diagnosed and fixed a sensor today.
