I bought a beautiful beam to use as my fireplace mantel in my home from Kira and John. The piece was unique because there was a horseshoe attached to the beam from decades ago. I am so pleased with how it looks! Along with the beam, I bought several wood planks to wrap an existing ceiling beam in my familyroom and some very cool rusty hardware that I use in my rustic decorating.and they gave me a wonderful written history of the barn where the beam came from, along with photos of the original barn. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about their product and it's history! 5 Stars! Great customer service!

We have known and worked with Kira & John for over 8 years and highly recommend them. Not only do they offer amazing product at very fair prices, they are passionate about what they do and it shows in every aspect of their business. Some keywords that come to mind include: integrity, knowledgeable, compassionate, customer service and resourceful. We were lucky to have found them and appreciate them very much.

Warning- They do not post, anywhere in their shop or on their receipt that they do not take returns. Designer changed the interior design (something she and I both thought could be returned) now I am stuck with $700 of wood that I cant use. Notifying customers of their no return policy would be good business.

A great place to find salvaged barn wood and architectural salvage. Fair prices and excellent customer service. Something new everytime you visit.

Made a deal with me to take my barn down August of 2014 in January 2014. Never showed or called. Called said they were behind and kept telling me a few more weeks. It's September 2015 and I called and said they will not be able to get to it. So now the items that were in that barn have been exposed to the weather because I can't put a new barn in place and the main reason for taking it down was the cost to insure the barn. Now I've paid that for the extra time they told me to wait and are now backing out. Everyone else that asked if it was for sale I told it was sold. Now I lost those sales because this company kept telling me to wait. John just told me it is not his fault because it's his contractors fault. Where I grew up your responsible for you employees or contractors.

What a cool business! They have a great selection of wood to choose from and I just love that they know exactly where it came from. I just purchased wood reclaimed from the Boyd Barn in Michigan. It's going to look so cool when it becomes my new reception desk.
