It is understandable that they are trying to do their job collecting debt.but the problem is with the way they do it. Tried to explain to them that it was the provider fault by missing the insurance information and was trying to get the issue solved and the debt paid.and was willing to pay the $100 if the insurance does not pay it.they did not give me a change just to explain the situation, instead they were rude and aggressive.people be aware you have rights and they can't do it the way the want.they can't just harass you by calls to demand payments without proof that you owe the money.

Had a missed call from them. Called back and spoke to Leslie, who was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Claims my employee signed a contract, good for him, he’s not the owner. Then threatened me, admitted to third party disclosure the property owner and hung up on me after yelling threats. I smell a law suit coming…

Worst customer service, even for a debt collector. They are extremely rude, they don't want to provide documentation of your bill. They just want your payment and don't care for validation.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Vanessa said that she doesn't work in customer service! Rude, she shouldn't be averting phones! I asked to speak to a manager and she said that it wouldn't change anything! She refused to transfer me to a manager. I left my number so let's see if I get a call back. I also asked for corporate number, she said they didn't have one.
